This hotel is beautiful. Opulent. But our room was so tiny we could hardly be in it together. And there was only two of us. I would probably make a better go of asking for a bigger room next time. Having said this we were treated like royalty.
Good location. However our room could have been cleaner, particularly the toilet door. Bit of a slope to the mattress too. The coffee filters for breakfast need renewing. Too many floaters in the coffee. Otherwise it was ok.
Friendly staff, great check In. Room was very clean and comfortable. Overall an enjoyable stay, would definitely stay again next time in London as also in a perfect location for Oxford street and theatres.
