Hübsches Hotel mitten in der City

Pros: Das durchgängige Kaffee- und Teeangebot
Location: Citylage, unweit von Themse und London Eye, Big Ben und Westminster Abbey
Wer zum Sightseeing oder Shoppen nach London kommt, ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Appartement war großräumig und die Küchenzeile mit allem Komfort ausgestattet.

Charges to change bedding and clean room. Breakfast less expensive at Garfunkel or next door restsurant. Elevator frequently in repair, each day fire alarm test near noon. Hotels near Kensington Palace or near Hyde Park better locations.

Pros: Die Lage und die Küche: Wir konnten Frühstück und Abendessen leicht selbst zubereiten.
Location: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Trafalgar Square und Londons Zentrum direkt vor der Haustür.
Wir waren hauptsächlich zu Theaterbesuchen in London. Da das Hotel so günstig gelegen ist, waren die Wege in dei Theater meist kurz; vieles konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen.

Excellent location

Excellent location, close to metro station ,Wifi ???not so good. Walk to London Eye to 8 minutes. Sofa bed bcome separate 2 twin bed. At lobby 24 hr coffee , tea, hot chocolate etc..free. When I return to London definitely I stay this hotel !

Excellent location

Hotel is in walking distance to many points of interest. Friendly staff. Vert nice lobby. Tall ceilings. WiFi is OK for browsing but unstable for voice over IP like Skype. Max number of devices that can sign on is 4. TV is good. Quiet. We were facing rear. Clean, fresh rooms, beds. Windows dirty. No exhaust fan in shower or toilet. Bathtub is OK but I prefer a shower.

立地は最高だけど・・・

到着すると予約していた2ベッドルームはオーバーブッキングでないとのこと、それに対するフロントの対応が態度を含めて最悪。マネージャーが出てきてやっとまともな対応。そのほかにもフロントの対応は良かったり悪かったり、三ツ星のホテルらしい対応。 立地に関しては最高、ロンドン全体を観光するには文句なし。 アパートメントなので小さいながらキッチンがあり、食器があります。その代わりベッドメイキング、ルームサービス等はありません。

Très bon hôtel, bien situé. Les déjeuners sont chers pour la qualité, peu de choix (gaufres surgelées par exemple), ne débutent qu'à 7h30...

Bel hotel très bien situé près de trafalgar Square

Pros: Confort et gentillesse du personnel.
Cons: ajouter des oeufs/omelette et viande chaude (saucisse, bacon, jambon) au déjeuner.
Location: C'est hyper bien situé pour visiter Londres, très près de Picadilly, Big Ben, Wesminster, Buckingham, London Eye... tous à moins de 10 mnutes à pied.
Notre chambre était un petit studio avec les commodités de base(un peu plus que dans un hotel standard): frigo, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, poêle (pas de four) et les ustensiles pour 2 personnes. Le lit est très confortable et on y dort bien. Notre télé ne fonctionnait pas mais ne l'avons pas signalé car nous n'en avions pas besoin. Un ménage est inclus dans dans la semaine mais c'est assez basique; ils font le lit et change les serviettes, c'est tout! Pour les déjeuner il y a a des pâtisseries(chaudes/froides), des viandes froides/fromages, céréales, yogourt, etc. bref tous sauf des oeufs et du bacon... :-) C'est hyper bien situé pour visiter Londres, très près de Picadilly, Big Ben, Wesminster, Buckingham, London Eye... tous à moins de 10 mnutes à pied. Le personnel est gentil et répond bien aux questions. Bref, je conseille pour le rapport qualité prix et la localisation géographique.

観光に便利

Pros: 毎食が外食だと疲れてしまうので、キッチンがついているこのホテルは大変に助かりました。ロンドンはレストランが高めなので、ランチだけは外食でしたが、朝食と夕食はほぼ自炊でした。もっぱら近くのCharring cross 鉄道駅内のMarks &Spencer's で食糧を調達していました。
Cons: ランドリー料金が高いです。乾燥機もコイン1個では乾かなかったのでコインを足さなければなりませんでした。1回の洗濯で1800円ぐらい使いました。
Location: 地下鉄Embankment とCharring Cross にほど近く、近くにはトラファルガー広場やBuckingham Palace ,St.James Park があり対岸のSouth bank に行ける橋もすぐそばです。Strand 沿の劇場にも徒歩圏内で行けます。どこに行くにも便利です。
娘と二人でスタンダードスタジオに7泊しました。 ダブルベッドではなくツインをお願いしました。25㎡と少し狭いかと思いましたが実際には機能的で十分な広さでした。スタッフは親切でした。お掃除は滞在中1回来ていました。タオルやキッチンの布巾は、リクエストすれば新しいものに変えてもらえます。窓の位置が高くて外の景色があまり見えないのが少し残念でした。

Perfektes Hotel für Städtetrip London

Perfekte Lage, sauber und gemütlich, freundliches Personal. Dusche war für große Personen etwas schmal (Duschvorhang hängt am Arm), aber sonst top. Immer wieder gerne.
