If you smoke outside, please don’t smoke directly outside the building; make sure to be a few meters away to prevent smoke from coming inside 🚷. Also, please dispose of your cigarettes properly when finished 🗑️.  
  
Check-out time is at 10 AM ⏰. If our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment, additional time compensation will be required for the cleaner, administration, and inconvenience to the next guests checking in the same day. Each additional hour after 10 AM will cost £50 💰.  
  
If you ask us to come and open the door for any reason, such as losing or forgetting keys inside the apartment 🔑, it will cost £200 for our time and resources.  
If you forget any belongings after your stay and request our assistance in coordinating with the next guest to provide access and return your items, an additional fee of £500 💷 will be charged to cover our time and resources ⏰.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The apartment was just what I needed to visit my son who just started Uni in Richmond. The flat needed a bit of cleaning but the owner was very responsive and came the next day to sort it out for us. The location is amazing and is so close to everything in Richmond and very close to the district line.
