Such easy access to multiple tube lines. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops and groceries. Walkable to many of the major sites. Everything was included. The property manager responded to our questions in a timely manner. The location was simply amazing - restaurants, entertainment and shops were an easy walk and the building felt secure. The flat was a bit worn down and needs some refreshing. It was generally clean but the bedroom carpets were not. We would have benefited from some instructions in the flat - how to use portable ACs, towel warmers, washing and drying machine, etc. If you are an American traveler, be sure to bring your own washcloths as those are not provided in London. Location was perfect. It was very roomy and clean. There was only 3 of us but would be great for 4 people. Reason for 4.5 rating - 1\. The couch in the living room should probably be replaced. (quote from one of our guests "Might be the most uncomfortable couch on the planet") 2\. The elevator/lift was out of service during our stay. The climb up the 10 flights of stairs, multiple times a day was not fun. But those things happen. 3\. No plugs in the bathrooms for hair dryers ect. 4\. No coat space rack. 5\.
