Receptionists courteous and helpful,,,especially in dealing with: Rowdy children on corridor - Loud "on speaker" mobile conversations by other residents and a faulty ceiling smoke/fire alarm(red alarm light flashing, especially annoying at night).
All these were dealt with, although receptionist on duty on sunday 11th could have been less argumentative in dealing with "loud phone" complaint, in so far as maintaining rooms beside and over my room were not occupied! I suggested she send someone to check were this noise came from,,which suggestion she accepted and subsequently found the culprit. She should have investigated the noise first in my opinion and not make me feel like a fool, in suggesting all rooms around me were empty.
She also found it ok to debate with me, if or not she was to call a maintenance person to look at the fire alarm light, upon which I replied,,Yes, call him.
Remember "The guest is always right" , most of the time.
Not being able to sleep is annoying to say the least, with flashing lights and kids knocking on doors and loud phone conversations.
