It has been renovated, though not completely clear of owner's clothing and personal items - it was a bit awkward to utilize some closets. Bedrooms are very tight, leaving no room for dealing with luggage. Owner was hard to reach on check-in date, adding a bit of stress. Hopefully they will have a better system for confirming check-in in the future. Lovely, open, kitchen counter, and it was great to have xtra day bed with additional sofas in the living room to accommodate our need for extra sleeping spot. Wish we would've been able to enjoy the patio. The place has nice lighting, and great shades for light, yet privacy. It is evident that the place has been under renovations.
