Nice hotel close to Oxford Street
My experience is a little bit of a mixed between comfort and disappointments. The Hotel location is great (it is near Oxford street and Hyde Park). The cleanness was great and the room service was up to 5 star level. What I did not like in the Hotel are the following: 1) To get to my room, I have to take the elevator from the ground floor to the first floor (there only two of them and they are used for the hotel services as well) and then I have to walk to the other elevators in the first floor to my floor (very incontinent). 2) First time I reached the hotel, the concierge section was busy and no one took my luggages so I had to leave them in the ground floor and go to the first floor where the reception is. Then after that, The receptionist told me who told you to leave your luggage down there as it was my mistake! Anyhow, in most of my trips in the US, if this happened to me, I would be sure that I will get some kind of compliment service, here not at all!. 3) This one has nothing to do witht hotel or the staff, it is about the other guests, the floor where our room was is a bit of noisy because of the other guests, so my advice to anybody else is to expect some noise and directly change the room location to somewhere more quite (they have plenty of rooms). 4) If I call the reception from the phone it is 50 50 chance they will reply! Sometime, I picked up the phone hopelessly! The thing I did not like is that they have never called me back!

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your recent stay .
I would like to apologise for the poor standard of customer service you received on arrival and for the poor response to service from reception which is certainly not the standard we aim to achieve.
We appreciate your feedback which we take seriously and will act upon.
