More than 1 hour early is charged at £30 per hour to cover added housekeeping resources. Please request early check-in when booking or at least 24–72 hours before arrival. Late Check-Out Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Pre-Arrival Requirements To ensure a smooth and secure stay: You’ll be asked to complete an online check-in form 5–7 days before arrival. All adult guests must be listed, and one form must include uploaded government-issued photo ID for each adult. Bookings for 1 guest include preparation of 1 bedroom only. Guest Policies No unregistered guests are allowed without prior notice and approval. Unauthorized guests are subject to a £50 per person, per night charge.
