This is not just our hotel, its our home every 2 months.. We are welcomed by the entire staff with one arms... We love it.
Nice overnight stay. Good location, we enjoyed a nice walk over the bridge. The bed was very comfy, we had a great night's sleep
The staff helped us with our plans before and during our stay. It made for a fantastic stay/experience and we thank them so much.
Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. I will be coming back for sure
Very comfortable hotel close to amenities with excellent staff!
Fantastic location. Entrance right from Victoria station. Wish there was a lift from the station level to hotel level - or a ramp- carrying bags up the stairs is difficult.
Everything perfect , except the mattress which tilted and had ridges on one side. But they upgraded us immediately for our second night. Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!
