A view to die for from your balcony
Fantastic water view room clean and tidy good breakfast. Friends suspected money was stolen from room so advice is to keep valuables with you or use the hotel reception safe.

You will love it --has everything!
A nice stay in Paradise with best views of Sengiggi waters. we opted for the best views but was 100 steps up to the room with a nice balcony and beautifull breeze there in the evening . If you want quiet relaxing time then this is it has fast room service of food and drink and same prices for both as in the out of hotel Restos and bars . Has good clean pool and the Best part was the staff WOW great communication and attitude was fantastic from the time you check in to the time u check out , they cant do enough for you and always happy and smiling and greeting you . Havent had a place like this in a long time Yeah 6 stars

Great stay, close to center sengiggi, very friendly staff, only gripe is the Aircon wasn't great, I never complained but I'm sure if I did they would have given me another room. Great view from my balcony, I would recommend

Just ok.
Staff are friendly,the location is great across the road from the beach, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is great as it is very deep but this hotel could be so much better. Breakfast is woeful with only rice, noodles, eggs and pancakes as hot options. We were there for one week and there was no variation. We were welcomed with a powdered juice. With so many mangoes growing on the property a small fresh juice and cool towel would have been better. Dinner was the dearest we had any unfortunately not the best by far. Few people ate here. Beds are hard. Ask for a room 101 to 108 to avoid as many stairs as possible. Avoid this hotel if you are disabled. Overall a bit disappointing.

When booking we asked for a lower room as my husband (69) has a heart condition and I have a collapsed foot (67). When arrived they took luggage up to top level 5 sets of stairs. When we said no wat they took us to room on bottom level which was empty anyway. Why do they not read requests on bookings. Room was very ordinary. Bathroom stank. We has Muslim next door neighbors who woke us during night with their praying (yelling). The mosques in Sengiggi were too loud. Streets were filthy. Forget Lombok it used to be good.

Lovely stay at Puri Bunga Cottages
We enjoyed our stay at Puri Bunga Cottages. The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Furthermore, the receptionist helped us find a good driver and bargained on our behalf and got us a very good deal. However, the only fault I found was that the wash basin wan't draining properly. The food was good and the breakfast was quite sufficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Would recommend!
Clean rooms, very nice & helpful staff. Wifi was weak, but worked ok. Good location / central as we were heading to the Gili Islands next. Breakfast is included and was pretty good - make sure to ask them to make eggs and they will also make pancakes for you if they don't offer it upfront :) Would recommend to others and would definitely go back!

Hotel is located in very good spot. The bungalows are very dated with poor lighting. The bed is much bigger than the matteress. This hotel has a lot of potential.

Excellent hotel, stunning views and gardens
We spent a wonderful two weeks in this excellent hotel. The views are stunning, when you have a bungalow up the hill. This means that you have to walk up the hill quite a bit and take a lot of steps, but the stunning gardens make it a most enjoyable task wandering through it - one could also consider it as a bit of exercise. Sunset from our balcony was stunning. Location of the hotel is perfect - close to art markets and other nice restaurants. Yet, restaurant food at Puri Bunga is also of very high standards - we loved it, be it traditional or European food. It was also always very nicely presented. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always making their best effort. It was a pleasure having a chat and develop good relationships with them. Everything is well maintained and very clean!

A good time
A very pleasant time, we booked for two nights, stayed for five, a beautiful room with balcony overlooking lush greenery to ocean view, clean,comfortable room serviced every day, bottled water renewed every day. downside 59 winding steps to room,non ocean view no steps, great breakfast bar if a lot of people are booked in, limited breakfast when quiet. Would recommend this as the most affordable and best stay in Sengiggi.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, lovely pool.
We stayed here for 3 nights. For the price we paid, I thought our stay here was great. The bed was big and comfortable and each room has a lovely balcony. Breakfast was great, pancakes and eggs made to order with a buffet style for everything else. The only problem we had was that the motorbikes in town are noisy and kept us awake on our last night.

The location is great. It is near to the Damri bus stop from the airport. We stayed for two nights before going to Gili Trawangan'.

Excellant Location to Beach and Markets & restaura
The location was just right, across the road from the beach, markets and restaurants. Very clean room. Excellent breakfast and attentive staff. Our room was on the third level and just enough stairs to tackle. If you were younger & fitter the view from the top is just fantastic to sit on the balcony and watch the boats sailing by each morning after a nights fishing. The pool is large and very clean, the gardens are just gorgeous, This is a very affordable hotel to stay at, and has a very friendly staff. The only thing I have a gripe about was that the air conditioner for our room #130 which was situated close by to the window and was old,rusted and noisy at night, but if it was replaced this room would be just perfect.

Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast adequate with pancakes and any type of eggs cooked to order as well as the usual stuff.The pool area was very nice pool clean and lots of new deck chairs.Disappointed that we had booked a room which did not have many steps because of knee troubles but on arrival the room they gave us had over 100 steps to get to it after a while they agree to change to a twin room and not the double we had booked but there was still 30 steps from reception to our room. Also advertised supermarket across the street not there and most of the stall in the art market closed down

We stayed 5 nights. Room 217 had a awful shower that squirted everywhere, but not on person showering!The air con unit was from the 1970;s and useless. We requested to change rooms which the staff happily made happen. Loved the balcony views and adorable Lombok furniture. Pool was nice and staff were lovely.

A perfect stop to relax and enjoy the view
We loved this hotel and the location, yeah there are a few steps but worth every one to sit on your balcony and admire the view and relax. The ROM was nice too, very traditional and a decent size. The pool area is great too, lovely big pool was well kept gardens surrounding it. We didn't eat at the hotel apart from breakfast but that was good for what we wanted which was a fresh omelette but there was other choices too. There is a lovely Italian restaurant across the road called The Lotus and we also had a nice meal a bit further along at DeQuake (or something like that!). We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night. The location is ideal - right in front of the Senggigi beach and the art market. The breakfast (included for free) is good too. The rooms are big and comfortable, but have a slightly dated feel. Also - No elevators and lots of stairs.

Located right at the end of the main street so easy access to all the main restaurants and bars. The hotel is however on the mountain side of the the street so there's lots of steps to the bungalows and there weren't many hand rails. Rooms are clean but basic, bathrooms have been recently renovated and are very spacious. The pool area is lovely and staff are very friendly. Would definately stay there again. Great value for money

The object is situated on the hill, so we needed to climbe the stairs every day. but it was worth the majestic view from the cottage balcony. The rooms were cleaned every day. The bed linen looked bit grayish, but for sure was fresh becouse of nice smell. The breakfast selection very various - pancakes, eggs in different forms, some asian nuddles and rice sorts, toast with selection of home made jams from exotic fuits. The swimming pool clean and nice sunbeds around. Just across the street is the Sengigi market and behind the beach. Great value of money

We had a great stay!
The room and cottages complex are clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff, excellent service. Perfect location, only steps away from Senggigi beach, ocean view from our room. Art Market located just across the street from the hotel. The harbor for fast boat pick up is only 5 minutes away. Will definitely come back when I visit Senggigi again in the near future.

Good location in senggigi, thé hôtel is composed mainly by individual bungalows. Our room was with a seaview terrace. Room was clean except outside bathroom which need to be refreshed (paintings, cleaning of walls...). A very good price for the location.

Good Experience
The staff was very nice and very courteous especially the cafeteria staff-very accomodating. I was not that used to having fried chicken for breakfast as this is part of Indonesian culture which I understand. To my surprise they noticed that I didnt get anything from the breakfast menu and they approached me and offered my any kind of egg I wanted. This became a routine every morning, the staff come over offer me breakfast which felt so nice. The hotel is good for the price. It is mostly frequented by fellow Indonesians which was nice to mingle with them. The front desk lady could have been a little bit more warm. But she was nice enough to accomodate me with a choice of room I wanted.
