Horrendous establishment. Accepts a booking and we’ll in advance then cancels 6 hours before check-in claiming they have no space. Save the stress and avoid this place at all costs!

Charged 100% with no possible way to check-in
I booked this hotel on Gili Trawangan from Feb 11 to Feb 13 (2 nights), but all transport to Lombok and Gili Island has been forbidden by Indonesian Port Authority (or similar government institution) until Feb 15, so it was impossible to go to the island at those dates. I understand it was not caused by the hotel, but it wasn't caused by me as well, so I expect at least to share the price with hotel, but they charged me (and probably all guests at that time) 100%. I don't think it's fair.

Awesome amazing peaceful romantic
I got my private pool and it was really awesome. Valuable! Satisfaction fulfilled! The beachfront was so amazing with hard waves and it sound very wonderful, especially during breakfast infront of the beach and beside of flowered garden and trees. Staf was very friendly with welcoming drink served. Only wifi just lil bit to upgrade bcoz it sometimes offline. In 10 I fortunately give 9. Thank you sunsethouse and please keep it up.

Awesome place! The staff are so great!
The location of this hotel is great. Not far from the port, it's just steps to the beach and right on the main strip! Yet far enough away to not be noisy at night. We had originally only booked 2 nights but then extended our stay to 4 because we loved the island so much! The rooms were always kept clean and the staff is just amazing! They are so friendly, and helpful. Especially(spelling might be off) D (alex), Nas, Eka and Sitiy. They always would make sure we were enjoying our stay and they were all just so pleasant to talk to. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.If I ever get the chance to get back to Gili Id definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave the hotel a 4 and not a 5 is because of the technical difficulties. With the being said the whole island has problems with power outages. The room has this really cool finger scan technology as a lock, but when the power went out the door had no lock. The staff was always there so we felt safe our stuff wouldn't be stolen but still made us a little uneasy. The wifi works great in the lobby but we had trouble at times with it in the room. The rooms have high ceilings and the bathroom has a sunroof which we thought was nice. The shower didn't have the best water pressure but it did the trick. Overall, we loved our stay here! Worth the $$$$
The good heart is an amazing hotel! We usually are more budget travelers, and decided to treat ourselves for our last night in GiliT. We booked through hotels and got a great price. We were blown away by how nice our room was. Super comfortable bed! We ended up falling asleep in the middle of the day because the bed was so nice. The bathroom is something out of a magazine. Rain fall shower head was awesome, Breakfast was buffet style and was included with the room which is always a huge plus. If you have the money I would highly recommend the good heart resort.

Bad gilli trip
Room falsely advertised, road between villa and beach with horse n carts going all day ,very noisey , our room next to pool with people swimming all day n night, room safe not even bolted down , villa very run down , bed was broken ,not much hot water, food just ,problem is everything comes in by boat, could not recommend this hotel.
