We loved the friendliness of the staff, the size of the room, the bathroom facilities, and the skylights. The view was spectacular! The location was perfect!

Good stopping place on road into Itsly
Good value hotel for a stop travelling down into Italy, nice big rooms, easy parking and good breakfast for Italy. Nearby Stelvio pass spectacular and great food at Combo across river from Bormio

Not a Good Hotel - AVOID
The hotel is at best a two star. There is no a/c in the rooms, which during the day in summer is a must. Our room faced the sunset and by late afternoon was unbearably hot, we asked the staff for a fan they said we wouldn't need one - we did! That night we tried to sleep with the window open (running the risk of the mossies) and we had so much street noise that we couldn't sleep. The noise went on till 4.30...

Very Poor Hotel...
The rooms are to a 2 star standard. There is no air conditioning and our room got the afternoon sun - it was baking, the staff said that we wouldn't need A/C - we did!!! We ran the risk of the mosquitoes and left the windows, but that just let the street noise in (people till 4.00am and traffic). We didn't get much sleep because of the heat and noise. Oh and upon arrival the hotel staff tried to fleece us for 30 euro ahead for dinner... NASTY AVOID!!!!!

Great Location
Stayed one night as we were passing throught the area and doing recon for future trips. Staff was extremely helpful. Though the hotel is set well back from the main street, our room faced a fairly busy side street that stayed noisy into the night. Next time we will request a room on the other side of the hotel.

Great place to stay!
We we stopping off for only one night while driving through Europe on a Rally. We arrived late but staff were happy to help us with parking and checking in was no problem. Our room was excellent with two balconies and comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

hotel in posizione centrale, personale cortese, la colazione è stata servita al tavolo perchè il buffet era chiuso causa pandemia, comunque ci hanno servito di tutto abbondantemente, pulizia delle camere buona, secondo noi unica pecca potrebbe esssere la coperta che avevamo che sicuramente a visto momenti migliori.

Esperienza molto positiva, albergo bello e pulito. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Unica pecca, se proprio devo trovarla, camera caldissima, abbiamo tenuto la finestra aperta tutta notte. Ma meglio così, meglio calda che fredda.

Ottima posizione vicino all'area pedonale. Camera pulita e confortevole. In un hotel 4 stelle l'area benessere (sauna, ecc.) dovrebbe essere aperta anche d'estate.

Buongiorno Ringraziamo per averci dedicato un attimo del suo tempo. Il suo giudizio per noi è molto importante per migliorarci sempre. Il nostro centro benessere ( sauna, bagno turco, jacuzzi e angolo palestra ) è aperto tutti i giorni dalle ore 15 alle ore 20. L'unico reparto che rimane chiuso solo d'estate è quello dell'estetica, è possibile comunque prenotare i massaggi e trattamenti su richiesta. Hotel essenziale, carino con servizi nella norma ma non da 4 stelle. Camere spaziose ma molto semplici. Reception preparata ma il resto del personale non sa nulla sembra che stia passando di lì per caso. Buffet colazione con abbastanza scelta ma poca varietà di giorno in giorno! Ristorante poco efficiente, sbagliano l’ordine di uscita delle portate ( escono prima i secondi dei primi) non hanno molto occhio, occorre chiamarli continuamente perché finisce acqua pane condimenti e cotture della carni fatte a caso ( chi la voleva cotta é arrivata cruda, chi la voleva al sangue arrivata cotta) ma nel complesso i piatti sono buoni! Un buon hotel con qualche dettaglio da migliorare.

albergo di buon livello nel centro di Bormio
Abbiamo gia' soggiornato altre volte considerandoci soddisfatti dell'hotel. Posto quasi nel centro di Bormio, a pochi passi da shopping, ristoranti ed altre attivita' per il tempo libero, e' dotato di parcheggio privato ( un plus a Bormio),una spa completa ed una soddisfacente prima colazione.Confortevoli e pulite le camere. Giudizio confermato positivo.

Ottima scelta!
Con mia moglie abbiamo dormito 2 notti in hotel. Pulito, silenzioso, personale professionale e gentile. Camere e struttura datata ma in linea con la cittadina di Bormio. Colazione curata e di buona qualità, però poco varia. Posizione ottima, per chi conosce Bormio si trova a due passi dal bivio del centro.
