Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Very nice place to stay. Handy to Malpensa airport, Milan and Lake Como. Good access to the train station to go to Milan without driving (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive). Very comfortable and excellent food. Stayed here at the beginning of our trip and came back to stay here before going home again.

When booking into the hotel we've been told that since we booked to a room in ground floor, our room will not be in the hotel but at the motel rooms next to the hotel. Had to walk out into a totaly dark area and found out that the room had a window to a totly dark underground parking and was freezing cold. Called reception and they claim that due to county policy they cannot start the heating before October 15th. Only after returning the the reception and tough argument with the very unfriendly women at the desk, they moved us to a room on first floor in the hotel. This room was slightly better and warmer but the window was again looking in to a dark parking. Never again. Stay away.

Room not thoroughly clean, got hairs in bidet, bed is not comfy, unpleasant experience with the server reprimanded me when I was looking their pastry fridge in their breakfast room or hall. Not happy with this place 😞

Horrible Stay First (Air Condition): First night, room was very warm. the receptionist told me that she changed the AC controls from her desk from 23 to 18 degrees. Nothing changed all night. Second night i asked for help again, but the receptionist surprised me that AC is off all over the hotel & won’t be on because it’s the city law as we are not in summer yet & i should know their law. How should a tourist know about such a rule/law when the hotel is promoted as an air-conditioned facility. On the 3rd night, it was very hot. The receptionist offered me to change the room & i questioned how that would help if AC is not working anywhere anyways. but it was too late as i won’t go through the hassle moving my 1.5 years old sleeping kid & our stuff while we will leaving on the next morning at 7 am. My daughter (1.5 years) was waking up every few mins crying & sweating of the hot weather. They couldn’t at least offer a fan. Second (Mini fridge) the mini fridge power is ON only when they key is its wall mount in the room. So we kept one key in the mount at all times as we had our baby’s food in the fridge. For 2 days in a raw, housekeeping would clean the room in the morning & take our key upon leaving the room. We come back at evening time to find the fridge with no power & food is rotten. Third (safe box) The safe box was lose in the cabinet (not fixed) that anyone could just left it up, take it all & leave the room. Fourth (room size) doesn’t fit baby crib

My new home away from home.
Impeccable. White glove clean. I was completely comfortable from the bathroom to the bed. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed which made me sleep as if I were at home. All aspects of my stay were perfect. Dania was exceptional in making our stay complete.

Reasonably priced, directly next to the main highway, but not loud. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, bathroom clean and modern. A very good place to stop overnight.

Good place
Nice hotel, good breakfast for free. The air conditioning barely worked, and you could only crack the window. And the restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30. Otherwise we wouldn’t have any complaints.

Beds very uncomfortable and there was a water leak in the bathroom, so the floor was always wet. Breakfast was not very good. Location great if you stop overnight during a roadtrip (very close to highway exit). Dinner was good.

Booked a hotel up in a hour rented motel room
I booked an economy room in the hotel and was given a room in the so called 'dependence', which clearly speaking is a motel and the rooms are rented on an hour basis with a drive through. The room was dusty and the smell indicated that it hasn't seen a deep cleaning in a very long time. The bed was uncomfortable, considering the destination it's probably not used much for sleeping.

The check in was very easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very modern and comfortable but shower is a little small for taller men. Breakfast was delicious and is complimentary to all guests. Also safe garage parking is available which relaxes your mind of any thefts or damage to your vehicle. If you are visiting Milan or Lake Como I would recommend on renting a car as it is almost an hour drive to the city center. No gym, no ice machine, no laundry room. Restaurant in the lobby is lovely! Bartenders are very friendly.

Lovely hotel but far away from milan
The hotel was nice but really far away from everywhere. There wasn’t really a footpath to walk to or from the hotel which was actually quite dangerous as we literally had to walk alongside a busy slip road. There was a shuttle available but it was quite expensive (10 Euro for something that takes 15min to walk if that) and this wasn’t available on Sunday either. Breakfast was nice- not an awful lot of choice. Would’ve expected a bit more for a 4* hotel but it was ok. The bed was unfortunately not that comfortable but the size was good. I don’t know what it is with places giving a random thin sheet instead of a duvet? There was a huge blanket in the wardrobe though which we used. The staff was pleasant. Our room was upgraded for free- I wish this was an option though and not just something that was given to us as I was quite looking forward to our room or at least seeing it before given the choice. We had some trouble with the shower falling down and the keycard wasn’t always working- maybe a little bit outdated? Can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel at all it was great and the daily room clean was great with daily towel changes and new shampoo and soap provided each day as well as 2 bottles of water. Overall a pleasant stay if you want to get out and about visiting milan and Lake Como for a smaller price- would recommend having your own car though.
