Regarding both of your incidents, we deeply regret your perception of the room and its location and we are sorry that due to the capacity of the hotel did not leave us more possibilities than offer changing to a room that did not convince you either. Again, we are sorry about the perception that you had from the room and for future stays we will try to assign you a room that fits more to your preferences.On the other hand, regarding the issue at “La Finca”, we are surprised about the misunderstanding with the drinks.
