Initial trouble with wifi which staff worked hard to resolve, successfully. Also moved to lower floor rooms - lift only goes up x3 floors of a x4 floor building. Surprisingly quiet until nearby warehouses open for loading early in the morning - but at least you get down to breakfast in good time. By no means luxury but it did the job, thank you.

Hotel very uninviting from the outside. Gentleman at reception all good. Needs some attention inside hotel. Room was great . Looks like room had been updated. Very good. A small fridge would be a geat bonus. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

I rang up to let the hotel know we would be late arriving and the lady was very helpful and gave clear instructions. We requested a twin room and when we arrived at 12.30am it was a double. We had to pull the bed apart and make do with the bedding rather than be properly accomodated

Overall it is wear down and dirty. But the worst was that we round a bag if poop in the room when we check in. It was absolutely horrible. Please do yourself a favour and stay away this place

Stayed in rm 101. This was above side door and near stairs. Felt then heard the side door downstairs open and crash shut from 3am and then heard uncontrolled kids on landing and stairs from 6am....Riom was good and comfort but if we stayed again will need to be at the other end of the building or u10 a floor

Chain hotel in a suburb, next to main road
Small chain hotel on the edges of Orleans. Right next to main road so a lot of traffic noise if the window is open. Room adequate, breakfast OK but a bit expensive. Didn't use the restaurant as there were coach groups in it both nights who left very early (and noisily!) each morning, but there are other restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent service, once you find the way in!
Our main problem with this hotel was trying to find it in the dark! There were no directions given with the confirmation from Hotels.com and the map provided did not show enough detail. Having eventually got there, we were most impressed by the service provided by the manager on duty (Gary) who did all he could to help. The restaurant had good food at very reasonable prices but the breakfast, again good, was a little more expensive than average.

Used as an overnight stay. Unless you know, the access to the hotel can be difficult. The hotel is decent clean, but basic. Room was decent and clean as was the en-suite bathroom. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening (This may be due to time of year (Early January and small number of overnight guests)). The nearest eatery was a greasy burger bar. I believe there may be better ones somewhere north of the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Hotel staff welcoming and room clean . Ok for stop over . However , entrance to car park not well signposted . Car park not well laid out . Reception areas , lift , doors to rooms , all in need of attention . It did appear that there might be some refurbishment in progress .

Good for a stop over en route
After missing the entrance to the hotel, we had to make a cricuit of Saran to get back to it. The reception was in the process of refurbishment and, unfortunately, there were no eating or bar facilities available. The room was clean and tidy, though a little cramped, and the shower room was clean and modern.

enjoyed my stay
I work fairly regular in the area and this was my first time of using this hotel, I would use this hotel again, the hotel does not serve food on a weekend, but there is plenty of choice just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Great price and not too far from transportation.
The staff was great. Breakfast had variety but would have liked something hot to eat for the price. No phone in the room, but everything else fine. Expensive cab ride from Orleans.

Just the job for a stop over.
A good hotel to stay the night which was clean & tidy. The staff were friendly & helpful. Our only problem was actually finding the hotel with our sat-nav as it is rather tucked away.

Nice place for a short stop
Very friendly welcome and although the hotel decor was a little tired the room was comfortable. We appreciated the coffee making faciities and bottles of water. We really enjoyed our stay here. This is our third visit so we remembered how to get into the hotel by car. There is a brown direction sign with Comfort Inn on it - but to our dismay they have changed the entrance but not removed the old sign. Once we had worked it out though we managed to find our way in and easily park. We stay here again on our return journey as we find it so convenient and comfortable.

Excellent location for stop over when travelling
For a budget hotel it is extremely comfortable, the rooms are small very clean and have all you require desk and chairs, nice white laundry, hair dryer, toiletries, welcome tray tea/coffee, water and biscuits a very nice touch. We had a very good night no traffic noise at all but some of the other residents could do with talking quietly in the morning. Dinner was more than adequate and a very good price, staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We were running late so couldn't have breakfast but what was on offer looked good, we were given some croissants to take with us with our coffee and they were excellent. We will always stay here now when travelling from Calais to the South, it may be a little more expensive than other budget hotels but it is more superior than any we have used. All in all very good value for money and would not hesitate in recommending to others, we just hope they keep the standards up we don't want to have to look elsewhere now.

The staff were brilliant - the food very good - breakfast the best out of six hotels we stayed at - The room clean, comfortable and well equipped, including tea making facilities. Some of the bathroom fitments were a little dodgy, the wall hung toilet moved slightly when in use as did the sink and the shelf above the sink was leaning at a slight angle so the cups, shower gels and other items tended to slide off. Overall an enjoyable stay.

In General, it was very good from a location point of view. The only little problems were that previous guest had not left room key, so was bit of hassle until reception found the spare. secondly, the blackout blind on Velux Roof window would not stay shut.

Just ok for a Comfort Inn, but definitely below US standards. Older, needs maintenance. Biggest problem is that local young people use the parking lots next to hotel to meet, rev up their cars, and run them down the street until about 3 AM. Hotel is unable or unwilling to call police.

We found this hotel very comfortable,the staff were very freindly and helpfull they spoke very good english. We would stay here again when next in this area. It is near all the ammenties. We would reccomend this hotel for a stay in Saran.

The only difficulty we found was finding the hotel!! And when you have fount its location, getting in to the forecourt. It does need some directional signs Otherwise excellent

The hotel itself is ok, and fit for the purpose of a single overnight stay. But I almost didn't find it (claims to be on main road, but is set back in the dark). Shower was partially blocked and almost overflowed. On the bright side: good and free internet connection and tea making facilities were much appreciated, decor was pleasant, and it was very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Modest but clean and comfortable hotel. Suitable for car owners only. Deceptively distant from public transport. No nearby bus or tram connection to town centre. Had to walk more than a mile to Gare des Aubrais. Chose because it looked near to station on map, but it wasn't! No 18 bus passed nearby, but didn't appear to go to town centre. Taxi cost 20 euros to centre (about 5-7km). We felt this was excessive.

Det var ingen personal vid incheckning utan kortet till dörren var klistrad på dörren. När vi kom in i rummet luktade det kiss i badrummet, det fanns nästan inget toapapper och det gick inte att spola.

Very nice staff, unfortunately they were rebuilding on the first floor which lead to no breakfast area. They did serve breakfast in the rooms.
