Clean, warm and everything we needed in room for 3 night stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast options. Second time we have used. Only adverse comment is location is not near dining options such as Manufaktura. Secure parking is 50PLN per 24hrs. Would use again but car advised for this location.

The lobby and the restaurant setting looked very good. I stayed on the top floor room described as one with a "higher standard'. I did not like the decor and arrangement of the room - the room was too small and the new furniture design was minimalistic and did not blend with the modern look of the the hallways and the lobby. The bathroom, on the other hand, was very nicely done. A bathtub addition would be useful. The Ukrainian staff at the reception desk and the maintenance crew were very helpful and nice, always wearing a natural smile. That was one of the highlights of our stay. Ми з Вами

Excellent for a business stay. Great room.
Room was fantastic (7th floor). Bar wasn't great but there are lots of bars and restaurants close by. Service from reception staff was great. 15 minutes from the airport but very central so all good!

Located on the main shopping street in Łódź, about 10 minutes taxi ride to Manufaktura and 25 minutes from the airport. Great hotel, very clean and modern with very friendly attentive service.

Nice place. Very helpful staff. The hotel provided bathrobes... everything you need. The only problem was relatively small closet space.

The staff keep this place absolutely spotless. Everyone is genuinely welcoming. My room had everything I needed.The breakfast is abundand in variety. I can't think of anything else I could possibly wish for from a hotel.Thank you for such a hard work Holiday Inn Lodz!

Loved the homey feel and the sauna each night. Felt cozy and warm every day we stayed! The carpet had a few spots on it, but liked the idea of choosing the pillow you'd like-soft or hard!

The hotel was fine and the staff friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and well appointed. For an executive room, however, it was small with no room to leave or open suitcases except for the floor or bed. You'd be wise to choose to have breakfast in the hotel because there is no close alternative, but dinner at the hotel from our experience is not advised. Four of us chose different things from the menu and nothing was particularly good.

Big comfortable rooms. Easy Check-in. Courteous staff. Good Breakfast. Easy access to Tram. Tram station is just in front of hotel. Staff needs to be more trained to explain how to get tram tickets, they should know have an idea about taxi fare to main places in Lodz as it is not a very big city.

I booked this Hotel as you know what your getting. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was fine, there were a couple of things where I found that it let itself down and didn't reach the normal standard of a Holiday inn. firstly there was no milk or cream to go with the coffee/tea in the room (had to go to reception and they gave me a jug)I was also unable to switch off the main light without pulling the card out of the slot by the door (tried every switch I could find). Secondly was the breakfast- the fruit juices were warm (not chilled) and the hot part of the buffet was cold when I got to my table (which was about 6 feet away.

Holiday Inn Lodz - Highly Recommended!
The hotel is conveniently situated in the corner between Radwanska st. & Piotrkowska st., at a walking distance from Lodz University of Technology. Piotrkowska street is very beautiful, has many attractions, including monumental churches and palaces. Also many other attractions around the city are accessible using trems that appear in high frequencies; a trem station is right across the street (noise was not an issue for me, the windows are sufficiently insulating IMO) and there's a nearby store that sells papers and tickets. The hotel is clean and welcoming, the staff is kind and the restaurant offers delicious breakfasts and a high-quality menu for dinners. All that in a very reasonable price. Overall an excellent choice, I'm very pleased.

ideal hotel for business
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Lodz for 2 nights for business, and it was perfect. The hotel is new, and offers all the services at high standard, as you'd expect from any business style hotel. It is only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and it has a great breakfast selection. All the staff speak english, and I only came across very friendly and lovely people. I will surely stay in this hotel again, and would highly recommend it. The bed was very comfortable, good air conditionning + free wifi and all very very clean.
