July 2017\. Further furniture and murals follow, as well as current photos of the apartments and the beautiful garden. NEW: Carts for every apartment! Perfect for the way to shopping, to the beach, to go for a walk etc, • Spacious plot (600 m²) with garden use for all guests. • Carts for every apartment! Perfect for the path to shopping, the beach, for walking, etc. • Sauna house on the property. Use for all accommodations (coin deposit approx. € 2 per hour) • DSL Internet W-Lan free of charge • The shed has been released for a common area. It will have up to 100 board games for almost all ages, over 800 books for many ages, especially children's and teen books, outdoor games and useful items such as more sun beds, carts, umbrellas, etc. • Have bicycles to bring along right next to the shed / right behind the sauna pavilion a bike parking for about 16 bicycles built. • Parking on the property. Each apartment has a parking space. • Approx. 900m to the beach and about 1800m to the backwaters. • Approx. 2 minutes walk to the supermarket Edeka, doctor, post • Ca. 4 minutes to Ponnyhof. Also possible riding. • Approx. 6-minute walk to the train station • Approx. 6-minute walk to leisure facilities and restaurantsAll accommodations are of a high standard and all have free wireless internet access. Our apartments are each equipped with two or three bedrooms. All have outdoor patios or balconies. Also, all apartments have fireplaces, underfloor heating in all rooms and the use of the outdoor sauna in the garden pavilion. For all guests of our two cottages (house of the beach street 29 and house of Triftweg 10), which are opposite and in the middle of a large garden to share, is in a utility room from the house (beach 29) a washing machine (coin 2 € per wash) available. In addition, there is the possibility of sauna use (coin deposit about 2 € per hour) for all accommodation from our two cottages in the newly built sauna pavilion in the shared garden. All guests are invited to use the entire garden area with love landscaped garden (see photos) and the barbecue area (large stone barbecue with fireplace) to sit together, for breakfast and to linger. Therefore, we have the garden area designed so that the table and the barbecue area in the middle of our two cottages STERN USEDOM (cottage from the beach street 29 and house from Triftweg 10) are located. We have significantly increased this space at the end of June 2017, so that there is a large seating area made of German oak (The table has a weight of about 600 kg. One long bench each has a weight of about 300 kg.) Takes place. So can be found here around 16 people. Here we have created a center where people can meet and meet. Es war nicht alles in einem Topzustand. Das wurde aber bereits in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Familen mit kleineren Kindern müssen sich keine Sorgen machen, wenn hier oder da mal ein Kratzer am Möbiliar entsteht. Der Garten ist für Kinder ausgelegt, wer mit dem Lärm, den kleine Kinder nun einmal verursachen nicht klar kommt, der ist hier falsch. Ansonsten finden Kinder hier das wahre Spielparadies im Garten. Der kann von zwei Ferienhäusern mit jeweils 4 Wohnungen genutzt werden. Prinzipiell hat alles gut geklappt was die Übergabe angeht, leider haben wir aber eine andere Wohnung zugeteilt bekommen, als wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten. Wir sind mit zwei Paaren angereist und 2 Kindern. Leider gab es nicht wie gebucht zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbett, so dass ein Paar in einem "Kinderzimmer" schlafen musste. Das war etwas schade. Aber alles in Allem ist das Objekt empfehlenswert. ##### Anke Z.
