Fantastic sea view from the outdoor swimming pool! The spacious holiday residence is located above a sand bay, where you can sunbathe or see your children build sandcastles. Within the residence there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna. (Note: Wifi free of charge at reception, for a fee in the units). Activities in the area: Locaria-Plouzané area has a lot to offer: In addition to numerous water sports, there are many cultural treasures such as the fort of Bertheaume, which is just about 8 kilometers away. A visit to Brest is also worthwhile: You can visit the harbor with his fort, or the Océanopolis, an aquarium where guests can find out more about the flora and fauna of our oceans.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The accommodations are located at different distances from the water, and some service facilities at the holiday complex are only open seasonally. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. So la la

The units are not well maintained. Kitchen utensils were old, unmatched. Coffee machine filthy. Beds uncomfortable. No place to sit outside in the shade (no umbrella/awning). Internet costs extra, €15 wk. and was extremely slow (0.5 Mbps) and not secure. Our car was seriously vandalized in the parking lot. The property assumes no liability. On the positive side, the pool is clean and the beach is close.

Het appartement is prima. Door de houten vloer boven wel erg gehorig. Het ziet er allemaal netjes uit en de mensen bij de receptie zijn vriendelijk. Het zandstrand ben je zo en is heerlijk rustig. Het is wel goed om te weten dat er geen eet en drink voorzieningen zijn op het park. Al stond er 2x een foodtruck. De dichtstbijzijnde bakker is 23 minuten lopen (dus je bent bijna een uur weg als je 's morgens croissants wilt, met de auto gaan dus) supermarkt is nog verder. Er is om de hoek 1 restaurant, waar je ook gewoon iets kunt drinken of een ijsje kunt halen. We hebben hoe dan ook genoten van onze week. Verder zijn er geen activiteiten die worden georganiseerd. Maar het uitzicht op het strand en de zee bij het zwembad was voor ons genoeg.
