I think it is overpriced for the tiny bedroom lacking even one chair. The restaurant is very expensive- 360 euros for a meal for 4 people.

Good Property location: it’s not far from the lake. Rooms are nice and clean.
Mattresses are firm.
The pools close at eight, but they make sure people leave earlier
A major plus is that they offer spinal traction.
As for the restaurant menu—while there is a wide variety, it almost never changes; consequently, if you are staying there for several weeks, you very quickly get tired of eating the same things

The location is great for visiting Vienna. The front desk were helpful but they were not at the dedk at all times. The room was clean and nice. There was no temperature control units in the room and we had to regulate temperature with opening and closing the windows. Considering that the hotel is near a busy street, the noise was s big issue when the windows were open. We also encountered a towel with a hole in it, which is definitely not a deal breaker but it was a bit out of character for such a hotel.
