Top Lock 9 State Canal Park Hotel Reviews

Hampton Inn & Suites Albany Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Our room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly."

Super 8 by Wyndham Schenectady/Albany Area

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was outstanding. We had a specific request that was necessary, but that we had forgotten to identify in our reservation. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that our need was met. And they did so joyfully and without making us feel they were being put out."

Park Manor Hotel

8/10 Good

"The location was perfect. Check-in was easy. It was great to be able to charge my car in the parking lot. The bed linens, towels were very clean and quite comfortable. The lighting in the room was ideal. The shower was not quite clean. The grout needs some attention as did the horizontal surfaces in the shower. The complementary breakfast included coffee, some bagels, and some cereal - not great at all, actually terrible. A little bit of fruit would’ve been nice. there’s lots of hotels in the area so I probably won’t stay here again."

Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel by IHG

8/10 Good

"Room and ground were beautiful, clean and well maintained. The room as well, expect I had to switch rooms because the air wasn’t working. I has there on business and having to move in the middle of the night was very disruptive to my sleep quality. The room was well over 90 degree when I moved. The restaurant located in the hotel where I had breakfast was not reflective of my other experiences. I was served food on dirty plates continuously over my 2 day stay. This was the worst part of my stay. When I brought it to manager attention it still was not corrected."

Amsterdam Castle

10/10 Excellent

"Delightful experience, like stepping back in time - you could let your imagination flyI"

Hampton Inn Schenectady Downtown

8/10 Good

"Decent hotel in the middle of town - our room was fine. A problem with no hot water when we arrived - but that was rectified. The decor looks a bit tired but overall an ok visit."
