L'endroit est très calme et le village Les Ricey l'est également. Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire quelques sorties VTT, chemins pas très techniques mais attention il y a du dénivelé, le coin est vallonné. "This is a unique place to stay. Part working farm, part old stone manor house. The hosts are incredibly friendly and depending on the occupancy you'll find yourself just mixing in with other guests in the shared lounge / breakfast area, outside tables etc. The rooms are not 'hotel decor' but they're comfortable (the beds in ours didn't match but both were great to sleep on). Breakfast was lovely, crepes with different toppings. We had our dog with us and he loved being able to wander around a bit (and right outside the property is a little village green / plaza). Only slight issue - not too many food options nearby (we went into Troyes, but there are a couple options closer)."
