"Really enjoyed our stay. Very scenic area, saw porpoises several times and lovely areas to sit and look over the sea , and great place to swim . Lovely hosts ."
"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was comfortable and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was lovely. It was a very pleasant stay."
"Wonderful property and thoughtful additions such as the excellent breakfast in room. Looking forward to returning. The housekeeping team were wonderful. "
"The rooms are spacious but with really basic furniture. Beds ok, bathroom definitely needing some renovation… the washbasin is really small and positioned at kids height ( probably this is a scouts lodging area..) , shower and the rest really in poor conditions. "Very good system mixing the hotel/homestay experience. Easy check in, breakfast hamper in the bedroom was great. Great shower as well. It would have been perfect if the room was a bit bigger."
"In its heyday it was probably a lovely hotel but its tired. We were in a ground floor room (which is actually partially subterrainan) musty smell, mold on wall, peeling paint. This is not to say rhey haven't made upgrades. Bathroom fixtures are new, beds are new and comfortable, lighting is good, breakfast was abundant and staff was very kind."
