We had an absolute blast at Bellevue! Every moment, from arrival to departure, was flawless. The spa, tours, gift shop, pool, dining, and room service were all incredible. Already planning our next visit and definitely recommending it to family and friends. The resort is five star in everything. The price from expedia is well worth the value of our booking. The room is huge modern and lightings are excellent. Great job to whoever makes the beautiful towel sculpture everyday. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and felt very clean, under the bed is clean, minimal dust, but could be part of daily clean up. The breakfast buffet is world class. Special thanks to the entire crew of the breakfast team staff, it exceeded our expectations. They serve variety of daily menu, pastries, desserts. Breakfast is always the highlight of our entire stay. The whole facility is very relaxing tropical ambience comparable to the any high-end hotel. They also offer free WiFi, tropical drinks all day, local delicacy every night, free daily activities, and really enjoyed the koi feeding. Great service from welcoming staff, front desk, room service, chef, cooks, and wait staff at the resto, and maintenance crew that kept the place really clean. HIGHLY Recommended!

This is a beautiful property on a long white sandy beach. Property is modern and rooms are spacious. The location is quiet but close enough to the busy Alona Beach area. The only negative is the garbage that washes up on the beach. It’s not a factor at the hotel as they clean the beach but very noticeable when walking away from property.

The staff were amazing, from greeting to check-in, to diner , to staff around the resort, the staff in the whole resort went out of there way to greet you and were genuinely happy to make you feel welcome. The view was amazing from the room, infinity pool and pool side dining area. I enjoyed the atmosphere and dining options. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable.

One of the best hotel in the Philippines with excellent service and very clean facilities all around. All staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing everyday as they changed up entire menu daily. It’s a little far from Alona beach area with restaurants and other places and costs 200 pesos each way. There’s a 7 Eleven and few restaurants with 10 minute walking at Moadto mall. Private beach and pool area is amazing and clean. Costed under CAD$200 per night during October but honestly, it’s a bargain compared to staying in a dodgy motel with bed bugs in middle of North America for same price.

Very nice facilities. Spotlessly clean. Superb staff customer service. But the food was sub par imo. Chicken dishes using dry overcooked long sitting chicken. Multiple tries, same results. Cheesecake using poor quality cream cheese. Yet still expensive per slice. Even the breakfast chicken was dry-old. But the rest of the breakfast was nice. Good omelet, nice bread puddings, good French toast. Excellent fresh mango juice and decent coffee.

The resort was very peaceful and the private beach was a great touch, especially during the holidays like holy week where people from all over come to enjoy the beach. Breakfast buffet was amazingly delicious and one thing that will definitely top all other hotels we've been to. I would love to come back very soon!

Bellevue exceeded our high expectations
A memorable stay is a understatement. From the moment we set foot on the property to our check out the service was exceptional. We celebrated our anniversary and decided to surprise my husband with a room decorated by the staff fitting for the occasion. Make sure to experience the breakfast buffet since it infuses food from the area as well as a wide variety of selections. Everything you need whether you’re a local or international traveler is a front desk call away. Money well spent and one of the most memorable vacation to date.

Totally loved this hotel from the minute you walk in, very clean beautiful furniture great staff. Would definitely stay here again. One employee stood out through our 4 day stay he is a waiter name Jhon Ray he was full of knowledge and loved his job, I truly Hope management recognizes his loyalty and how hard of a worker he is.

Need more room amenities, need room check to make sure veranda door is functioning and tub drains work. Great breakfast buffet and front desk staff especially Mary is excellent. She's friendly and resolve issues promptly with a smile and positive attitude.
