The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a view of the garden and swimming pool is also remarkable. If you wish to enjoy the outdoors, there is furniture, sun loungers and a parasol where you can relax by the pool or enjoy the outdoor dining area near the barbecue, the place is ideal for summer evenings. Puig de Ros is located in the southeast of Palma, with a life of its own, its calm and quiet environment makes it ideal for families but only 10 minutes by car from the Playa de Palma known for its leisure area. Puig de Ros is ideal for cycling and excursions along the cliffs. Without a doubt a perfect choice for your holidays in Majorca, we are waiting for you! \- - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). Everything was clean, communication with the agency was easy and the garden with pool is really worth to spend the day! Great communication by host with check-in information, response to questions. Villa was located right next to a supermarket which was amazing, conditions of house were all superb, and pool was a great touch. Plus, electricity was essentially taken care of -unless you overuse it a lot which-. The house is very close to other houses and you cannot stay outside too long at night without annoying the neighbors. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is clean and the only thing missing was an extra ceramic bowl we could have used for the microwave. Also, the oven knobs have no marking remaining, which made it a bit tricky to figure out the temp, etc. but otherwise, the kitchen had everything we needed (you do need to come with all your favorite spices, incl. salt & sugar, as there isn't any when you first arrive). The washer worked very well, and unless it rained, the laundry dried in a few hours on the lines attached to the side of the house. The house is walking distance to the supermarket where you can find everything you need, and a pharmacy. It is barely a 10 min drive to El Arenal. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to enjoy the pool. We were able to turn the heat on in the house when it got really cold outside. We will definitely try to come back next year! La piscina con fondo se arena importante. Bombillas fundifas. Wir fanden das Haus sehr geräumig, die Küche sauber und den Pool, sowie die Außenanlage sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage war zudem sehr wichtig und zuverlässig. Genauso wie die einfache Kommunikation zum Vermieter. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce et agréable. Les propriétaires sont joignables facilement et interviennent rapidement en cas de problème. Un léger bémol sur le fait que la résidence soit dans un quartier résidentiel, qui a pu nous limiter concernant le bruit.
