Voor de rest is de villa top qua omgeving. Voor het uitgaan naar de strip zijn er taxi’s die in de omgeving rijden en ongeveer 15 euro rekenen voor dat ritje. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Wohnsiedlung. Ein Bus Haltestelle 3 min entfernt fährt stündlich Richtung Palma und Umgebung.
