It also offers comfortable loungers and two fully furnished porches with sofas and armchairs for relaxation. Additionally, there is a barbecue area and an oven for preparing delicious meals outdoors. Two terraces provide breathtaking panoramic views. This spectacular 4-story chalet offers a luxurious interior designed for a comfortable and elegant living experience. On the main floor, a generous living-dining room welcomes you with modern amenities, including a Smart TV, air conditioning, two comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a decorative fireplace that adds a cozy touch. The independent kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, provides everything needed to prepare exquisite dishes. On this floor, you'll find the first of the property's 5 bedrooms, featuring a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, along with a full bathroom with a shower.
