Beautiful 2-storey villa of 137 m2\. it has a spacious plot of 1000 m. with private pool and sea views. A picturesque path leads to the sea, which is only 2 km away. The house is located in the Roca Grossa urbanization, a quiet area with very good privacy. Maximum capacity of 10 people. Villa Miriam is tastefully furnished, it has two levels of housing that communicate with an internal staircase, parking inside the property and a large garage. The private pool is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasol and an outdoor shower. Clients can enjoy the built-in barbecue and the children have a spacious fenced garden to play. Entrance: When entering through the main door of the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ground floor: Here you will find: 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom Garage access To the center of Lloret de Mar, where we will find the areas of discos, restaurants and supermarkets, there are 5 min. by car. To Waterworld Water Park, Gnomo Park and Marineland Dolphinarium - 5-10 min. by car. Girona airport - 30 km Barcelona airport - 85 km (1 hour and 10 minutes on the highway) Blanes railway station - 8 km
