Three day stay started with being shouted at by waitress Lola. Made a complaint to receptionist Sabina, she stared and rolled Her eyes at us. Very rude with no customer service skills. We had to pay for the spa facilities and there was a power blackout whilst we were in the steam room and it never came back on, when we told receptionist Sabina she rolled her eyes as if to say we were lying. I then told her I had worked in Accor hotels and her behaviour was totally unprofessional. She then dropped the refund in my sisters hand a stormed off without a word. The hotel was generally clean and the rooms looked clean, but we had a major problem and it resulted in a full refund after much stress. If a representative for h.top hotel chain would like to comment or make contact please do. Total disaster from start to end. We Stay in h.top hotels a lot and have never Had these problems. The receptionist Sabina really made things a lot worse with her total rudeness and she is a very bad representative for the hotel chain. If it was my first time in a h.top hotel I definitely would not want try another one. So I suggest she has training in how to treat guests. Cleaning staff need to be retrained in hygiene. Manager totally refused to see me when I requested to see him concerning the very delicate situation, I then was left waiting for 45 minutes and my airport transfers had to wait. The manager should have dealt with my complaint and not the receptionist. Not happy
