very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it.

The staff was available through whats app and did peovide iron when asked. The self check in post 5 pm worked well. Washroom was good size with all the amenities.
However, the room was very very small for three people, with three beds there was tiny space in between beds and the entrance door. There were rooms which were definitely bigger ag the site.
The room was also full of dust when we checked in and everything needed to be cleaned with wet wipes before using - e.g. side tables, kettle, top of the fridge, the open closet and hanging space. There is one waste basket in washroom - there should be waste basket in the room as well.

Hotel was located just at the edge of the main shopping and dining areas of central Bilbao. Everything seemed to be within walking distance and very convenient. Our suite was clean and large, had a separate bedroom with king bed and living area with pull-out sofa bed. It was perfect for our visit since we were dropping off our son to university and he needed to stay with us for a few days before checking into his dormitory. Breakfast was also included and consisted of pastries, breads, eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon, cheeses, fresh-cut fruit, cereals, yogurt coffees, teas and juices. We would definitely stay here again, or at another one of the Ilunion branded hotels.
