"Great location but parking can be a problem. A lot of dogs, to the extent that dog owners have a separate bar and restaurant. Do book in the other restaurant in advance to be sure of getting a table when you want it. It’s the best place to eat in town and the staff are lovely. Getting a drink in the bar after dinner proved too difficult."

"The breakfast was delicious! The room was very nice too (Executive King). The grass needed mowing and cuttings/ weeds sweeping away - it would have the exterior look more attractive. Signage for the parking and overflow parking could have been clearer - it was difficult it was difficult in the dark. "

"Lovely room (206) on the ground floor with sliding patio door to access the peaceful courtyard (water, fountains, small trees) and chairs to sit on your own small ‘patio’. Spacious room, great en suite. Food excellent (Catch of the Day fish and chips - hake in our case - better than Rick Stein’s Takeaway version in Padstow) Hotel in a lovely setting. Great sunsets. Spa, pool and changing room (Ladies’ - didn’t see Men’s side) spotlessly clean. Friendly, cheerful staff happy to help and can’t do enough for you. "

"It was just the overall of our stay.. staff were so helpful and pollute and the shower was fantastic and the shampoo and shower lotion that was provided… the breakfast was lovely in fact I couldn’t fault. You do get your moneys worth and only over road from sea.."

"We stayed for one night. The staff were fantastic and juliet checked us in and was very welcoming. Unfortunately it was really busy. They had little to offer for a vegetarian meal in the bar. They had a function on and the noise from people shouting etc late into the night meant we had no sleep. "

"This hotel is super convenient- fantastic in fact. HOWEVER, the walls are paper thin, the heating comes on all through the night and is loud, and the bed and pillows are pretty uncomfortable. The food is great. So, take ear plugs and your own pillow and you may get some sleep."

"The hotel is right on the front jusr a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable about area and where good restaurant are etc. The rooms i stay are on the front can see Pier, beach and on occasion the goats and sheep that come down from The Orme. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a decent size. The breakfast is gorgeous and they have a dining room for the dogs and family. Its a short walk to the shops, a lovely walk along prom and just a small uphill walk for the Tram to go up the Great Orme. Just over the road from the hotel you can get a bus up to Great Orme or a Sightseeing bus to Conwy.if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed and like myself will visit time again and again.
