It had a very large shower and bath. Shampoo was provided along with body wash and bath salts. I booked a small double, but we were upgraded to a suite with a sea view, as it was my daughters birthday. Beautifully clean, with white fluffy towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and a fridge! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable....very friendly, helpful, kind and very generous. My daughter was provided with a birthday cake, which i asked for their help for shopping for one as a surprise for my daughter.....they didn't even charge me for this ! Biscuits and sausage for our dog, again, not charged! Outstanding customer focused services.....we've never received such great hospitality. New carpets were being laid so the lounge area was closed and other areas had bare gripper strips and underlay. The shared facilities were clean and all working though expect a wait for hot water if you are first in. A lovely breakfast cooked to order and our first interaction with staff which was nice. A great location for the beach, castle and town centre, parking pot luck on the surrounding streets. All in all, a little gem."
