Host was very gracious and personable. Liked included parking. Nice options for breakfast. Had supper there one night and enjoyed it. It is an interesting area, across the road from the ocean, the area is surrounded by high mountainous ridges.

Not a lot of in activity no were to sit and catch up with anyone only breakfast time . The Breakfast was very good top class .
A few nights in the seafront apartment, that was spacious and quite comfortable but didn't have a seaview which was a little disappointing.
The bathroom has no window and the exhaust fan wasn't working. There were also no opening windows in the apartment. We left the door open while we were in and there was an air freshener.
Great space. Had two portable cooktops and a toaster oven. No microwave. Fridge, kettle and toaster. Lots of crockery and cutlery. Very well equipped.
Bed very comfy.
Hosts were great. Nice welcome from Sandra and a couple of further contacts with Colin.
Very friendly staff great breakfast and hotel in a great position for Llandudno's facilities .We had a bay windowed sea view room which was very clean .My only gripe would be it needs upgrading with more tasteful decoration and the bathroom suite is totally dated
The owners were extremely helpful and so friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The break was exactly what we needed and the whole experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
I recently spent 4 nights at Swn Y Mor and am so pleased I booked my stay there. Steven and Chris are welcoming and caring hosts who made me feel at home in their lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable (especially the bed!) with thoughtful local touches like heart-shaped slate coasters for bedside drinks, plus a variety of teas and yummy gingerbread cookies. I especially appreciated their selection of breakfast items. As a vegetarian, hotels often have very limited options for me and I end up eating the same few items each day. Not at Swn Y Mor! Steven and Chris have created a menu with four different and hardy vegetarian meal options AND you can mix and match! - plus fruit, yogurt, cereals and juice. I also saw that they cater to other dietary requirements. See...thoughtful! I also really appreciated that they were keeping strictly to Covid recommendations by wearing and encouraging masks, sanitizing regularly, staggering breakfast seatings and of course ensuring the rooms were clean and safe. They were also more than willing to help with my heavy luggage up and down the stairs as there is no elevator. Swn Y Mor is very well situated to everything you want to do in Llandudno and is right across from the beautiful seaside promenade. Views are important to me and even though I knew I was booking a room at the back of the hotel, I was delighted to discover that my room looked out at the nearby mountains. I highly recommend a stay at Swn Y Mor! Thank you S&C!
Hosts were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Spacious and comfortable room, immaculately clean and well equipped. Excellent location, right on the doorstep of all that Llandudno had to offer! Highly recommend.
A small hotel of just a dozen or so rooms. A bit dated but superbly presented and spotlessly clean. (The cleanest hotel I have ever seen). The two gentlemen who run it are wonderful hosts and are extremely professional and courteous. The hotel is situated on the front in the centre of llandudno. Our room was on the 3rd floor where you can hear the sea on the beach outside, but not the traffic below, making it wonderfully peaceful. Car park is round the back, and if full you will be given a free permit for the street, where there are ample spaces. Watch out for the gulls, they are brazen and aggressive if you have food!
Definitely recommend This hotel the room has everything you need including an hairdryer and what it hasn’t got I’m sure if you contact Chris and Steven they will find it for you, they can’t do enough for you and working so hard in these strange times to keep everybody safe and to ensure you have a “normal” relaxing holiday including room service to your room which does save a lot of running up and down stairs as there are no lifts so if you are not too good with stairs insure you book a lower floor we had a lovely stay and I definitely recommend the breakfast it’s the best I’ve had and there was never ever any waiting around for food you book your food and a time slot and your food is with you not long after you sit down I literally can’t fault the hotel If you don’t fancy a full breakfast you can book a breakfast box to be delivered to your room nothing is too much trouble for the hosts and we had no hesitation to re-book for nxt year, you’re situated right in the middle along the front and the carpark at the rear of the hotel is a bonus
Absolutely wonderful. Hotel is pretty central. About 5 min walk to the pier and smack bang in the middle of the promonarde. Positioned opposite the sea. Quiet location at night. Carpark at the rear of the hotel was an added bonus. The hotel is spotless, warm and welcoming. We had a room at the front over looking the sea on the 3rd floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast, and more importantly it was hot.
When visiting Llandudno, be mindful to reserve tables well in advance when eating out as due to covid, everywhere was booked up. Saying that... and to be perfectly honest, we ate in the hotel on the second night of our 2 night stay and had an outstanding home cooked meal. Far better than some of the over priced restaurant meals in town. Well done Chris. The garlic bread was wonderful.
Chris and Steve (apologies if I've got names wrong) went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 really nice and genuine people. Could actually hold an easy conversation with either of them, which was really nice. It doesn't cost much, but when we left, they gave us a small packet of travel sweets for the journey home. Not sure if this is something which they do as part of the business or because of covid, but it was a really nice gesture and was very much appreciated.
Would we recommend the hotel. Definately.
Would we go back. Definately.
Do they apply covid rules and requirements. Yes. To the letter...
Thank you.
The hosts, due to Covid regulations were restricted as to how much hospitality they could offer, as in breakfasts, bar etc.
However, they excelled in every other way they could, warm welcome, very friendly, helpful and obliging.
Hotel was spotless, very comfy bed, made our stay awsome, Thanks guys, will see you again
Great place to stay good welcome hosts were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, Really big breakfast too .We had a room with a sea view and would certainly be returning
The bed was very uncomfortable and small. The whole room was very dated with antiquated plumbing. We were on the top floor (72 steps) up steep stairs with no elevator. With just a tiny window. There were no phones even to connect with the hotel. The staff were top notch, very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
I only spent 2 days in this hotel, but I will definitely be staying again, fantastic hotel, fantastic location, staff were so friendly and welcoming, they could not do enough for you
Unable to find a single thing less than superb. Breakfasts were excellent; service the same, neighborhood, too. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff
Managed to book a room at the last minute. Reception staff very helpful, especially with the free parking arrangements. Room was on top floor so had to negotiate a lot of stairs ( not ideal for us wrinklies ). Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The included breakfast was very good with freshly prepared Welsh breakfast together with cereals, juice, tea/coffee and toast. Serving staff very helpful and friendly. Only a one night stay, but very happy and would recommend to other tourists.
Very friendly small hotel in an excellent location. Large comfortable room with nice clean bathroom. Lovely breakfast- I had the vegetarian choice and there was plenty.

Owners very welcoming, great location, hotel very clean & excellent breakfast
We were very pleased with our time in Swn-y-Mor, the owners and sraff were freindly, courteous, and kind, and the food was cooked to order, well done everyone we will be back
We were greeted on arrival by one of the owners, Steve, who was lovely very friendly and informative. There was an armed forces parade on the weekend we stayed so roads were closed and they emailed us to inform us of a better route and warned us the town would be busy so to book a restaurant in advance plus they offered suggestions. As they have a car park at the rear we had no problems with parking. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor a bit of a climb but we all managed ok. As the hotel is right on the front you can see the sea from the window and you literally step out of the front door and you’re on the promenade. Some parts of the hotel have been tastefully refurbished but our rooms were a little 1970s. However they were clean and as we didn’t intend to stop in them very long they provided us with everything we needed, hair driers, tea/coffee , toiletries etc and for the money I was more than happy. The service and the breakfast were exceptional and they make this hotel special. We were treated to Union Jack napkins and chocolates for the armed forces weekend and it was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh and plentiful. We were given lots of information about the events going on and money saving vouchers for the cable car. The front garden had tables and chairs in the sun so we watched the parade from there Chris and Steve run a bar and brought drinks out to us then stayed to chat along with their lovely dogs. We had a great weekend Thanks guys.
Absolutely fantastic it's an absolute superb hotel. very centrally located the food was absolutely brilliant Stayed in one night and add the Evening meal well worth it and recommend it to anybody. One of the best hotel we have stayed in would go back tomorrow.

Lovely staff, perfect location.
Just got back from a 2 night stay here. The hotel overall was definitely worth staying at and would highly recommend. The bed was super comfy and more than enough space for everything we needed. Location was great, only a short walk to everything. The staff made the experience a lot better, they were both so helpful and kind. Certainly went above and beyond. Felt very safe there.
Only slight negatives were the room was a little dusty, we used the fan they gave us and it was covered in dust. I had to clean it myself so we could feel anything from it. The stairs might also be a struggle, my partner has scoliosis so struggled walking up the flights of steps. However, that shouldn't be an issue if you get a room close to the ground floor. Also the TV was very small, this wasn't an issue as we didn't use it much but would of been nicer to have a bigger screen. Overall a great hotel.
