"Property is good. But breakfast is not of adequate standards in terms of hygiene. Having said that, the hotel operations manager was indeed responsive and willing to sort matters out when a feedback was provided."

"The room was amazing. The only complaint would be parking. But the host made that problem known to us before we arrived. We had tonpay another 17 pounds for parking."
