Since the apartment building is under monument protection air condition is not available. This bright and spacious apartment features two bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room, and a bathroom. You enter the dining area and kitchen — equipped with a large dining table for six people, a big refrigerator, a stove with an oven, small kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils and dishwasher — through the living room. Both bedrooms are also accessed from the living area: one bedroom offers a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, while the second bedroom, discreetly hidden behind a bookshelf, includes two single beds and a wardrobe. A practical work corner with a desk is located in the passage between the two bedrooms. The bathroom at the end of the hallway is fitted with a bathtub for baths only, a small shower (dimensions 70 cm x70 cm), a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. Guests are provided with bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, an iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer. Public parking options are approx. 350m away from the apartment. Arrivals take place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures up to 10:00, unless agreed upon otherwise. For late arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 there is an additional cost of 25 EUR, for night arrival from 23:00 to 7:00 there is an additional cost of 50 EUR. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know about it in advance. The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
