En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! Notre chambre était occupée par d’
Autres personnes ! Non mais , nous avions 4 jours réservé et voilà qu’ils décident que nous sommes partis alors ils placent d’autres personnes … c’est juste irrespectueux, décevant !

Friendly welcome arrival, local information proactively shared about restaurants and local events. We opted for breakfast which was great very relaxing. Highly recommend this property to be close to Santa Maria de Leuca.

Recepcja wspaniała, pomocna w rezerwacjach zarówno restauracji jak i atrakcji poza hotelem. Uwaga do pań sprzątających- już od 7.00 są bardzo głośne, a to mocno przeszkadza, zwłaszcza że klatka jest bardzo akustyczna.
