"The breakfast was the standard hotel meal but everything looked fresh. Nice open parking space. The property was clean. They need to work on the temperature controls. It was too hot or too cold. The AC started when it got too and hot and the sound was so loud, it would wake you up every time "

"My experience with this apartment management was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had been trying to contact them through emails and messages for a long time with little to no response. Eventually, someone named Matt Jones answered my phone call around 7 AM, and after I asked for his information, he sent me his name and contact details through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, his behavior and communication were very disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, he spoke in a sarcastic and dismissive manner, almost as if tenants are expected to accept poor treatment without support. No real assistance or effort was ever provided to resolve my concerns. Professionalism, communication, and customer service were completely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful treatment or proper management support."

"We booked this apartment based on the listing, which stated it could accommodate 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and an additional “bedroom area” with a mattress. As a group of 5, this seemed suitable.When we arrived after midnight, we found there were 2 bedrooms and a living room. We did not find a separate enclosed or clearly designated “bedroom area” as described in the listing. A mattress was present, but there was no obvious space set up for it.After contacting the host, we were advised to move a glass table and place the mattress on the floor. Given the late hour and the setup required, this was not workable for us.We contacted VRBO support and received a partial refund after the stay was not completed. We ultimately chose to leave around 3 AM and book alternate accommodations.This review reflects our experience so future guests can make an informed decision based on the sleeping arrangements and layout."

"We stayed at this condo recently and overall it’s a cute little place in a great location, which we really appreciated.That said, the experience could have been much smoother. Communication with the host was lacking, especially around check-in. We weren’t provided with the unit number ahead of time, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be. There was also no Wi-Fi information or basic guidance typically provided in a welcome binder, and no checkout instructions were shared either.The unit itself appeared surface clean, but it would definitely benefit from a more thorough deep clean.Overall, it has a lot of potential and could be a really great stay with better organization and communication from the host."
