We have stayed here a few times before and love the comfortable, homely feel of the place. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are comfortable and very clean they are also still in really good condition when you think how long the hotel has been here so they must maintain them regularly. The location is great for the city and docks but nice and quiet for the night time. There are plenty of eating places close by too. We Love staying here.

This hotel is warm and welcoming with happy staff who obviously like their job. The room was clean and cosy with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove! There was an amazing happy hour with gratis wine and beer and food platters. The breakfast was great too. All in all, a very pleasant find in the center of Liverpool.

There was a lot of redevopment and improvement being made to an already beautiful part of Liverpool. This wasnt an issue at all and once the works are complete they will enhance the area further.

We love the property and it’s our second time staying there. We are staunch Hilton fans, but love the room and space for 2 adults and 1 Child. We had an unfortunate experience on the 1st night as the bath was blocked and when I tried to unblock it ( due to somebody being sick the previous evening) I had lots of sick come swimming out of the bath. I went down to reception to let them know and they just giggled, ‘ah, these things happen in hotels!’ The second day of our stay this issue was sorted and we were left with a twix to say that they had twixxed the issue! Very good but not that happy that the dirty flannel that was used to clean out the previous guests sick was just left in the bathtub for us to dispose of 😩 Otherwise would have been an amazing stay! Xx

This was quite simply the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was a power cut on arrival which meant we couldn’t check in for several hours. On getting to the room, sewage was coming out of the taps. Although we change rooms the issue continued. We were unable to use the sinks or showers.

Worst customer service ever
Have nothing good to say about this hotel, the customer service is none, they are not interested in pleasing a customer or at least try to give some Quine of customer service, all they are interested in is taking your money. I do NOT recommend it and I will never be staying there. I payed quite a lot and it quite literally was like throwing my money in the bin. They were NOT interested in helping me out or even listening to me, their only answer was “nothing we can do”. I have stayed in many hotels as family of 4 and I have never had such a bad customer service, quite sad.

Hi Monica,I am really sorry you feel this way, however, you contacted the hotel on the day of your arrival to see if you could cancel the booking but as you had booked and paid a third party you were informed that any changes would have to go through them directly. We were more than happy to change the dates for you but you have to go through the website that you booked to make any amendments. I feel that giving us 2 out of 10 when you have not even stayed in the property is very unfair and excessively low, especially when we were more than happy to change the dates for you, you just had to go through the correct procedures which you chose not to do.Kind regardsDanielle McloughlinOperations Manager.

It ticked every box for us. It was the perfect stay. The staff on reception at check in and check out were extremely friendly and helpful and in particular, the lovely chef who served breakfast who was attentive and very pleasant. The staff are polite, interested in your stay and very professional.

Amazing stay
Absolutely fabulous accommodation. The one bedroom suite was spacios and spotless, so clean and cozy. Fabulous view of Albert Docks. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our 10 year old son loved the big comfly sofas and chairs by the fire in the lobby and didn't want to leave. 15 min drive from Anfield Statium. Within easy walking distance to all toiurist spots including The Cavern Club, Liverpool One. Albert Docks and loads of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The very friendly guy on reception directed us to "The Pump House" bar and restaurant for a fabulous meal. Couldn't go wrong staying here. Hope to come back some day. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Fantastic
Fantastic set up - lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bed. All very comfortable and convenient for the docks. Great breakfast included and parking on site underground for £20 per day. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to stay.
Hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and helpful. Food hot and fresh. As a negative i booked a dock view and only got a corner of it and £20 charge for car park that we was not told about before arrival. It was a good secure car park though.
