The property is located just 15 minutes walk from St Helens Junction train station, with regular trains to central Liverpool taking just 25 minutes, and central Manchester 30 minutes. Within a short walking distance of the house, there are several pubs, restaurants/takeaways and a convenience store.

Car - free on-street parking.  
  
The property is located just 15 minutes walk from St Helens Junction train station, with regular trains to central Liverpool taking just 25 minutes, and central Manchester 30 minutes.
