The booking was a 4pm check in, but did not send us any details until 6:30pm, so we were stranded until then, with no contacts details provided for the owners. The tap was broken and the drain was jammed, meaning we couldn’t use it and it kept the waste in the sink the whole weekend! The bed was not level, leaning to the side which caused a bad nights sleep.
