Can't fault our stay, to say we were at a service station it was so quiet. The room was amazing so clean and spacious. Kids loved that they could connect their phones to the tv and stream netflix which was a winner all round.

Room clean and comfortable, reception staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the breakfast or bar facilities but could see it was clean and looked good. Highly recommend it for an overnight stop.

Overall, our stay at the motorway budget hotel was decent considering the price. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it was dusty upon arrival and required a minor wipe-down. Additionally, we encountered some issues during our stay, such as the toilet roll not being refilled after the first night, the coffee mugs not being cleaned or the coffee and tea not being replenished with supplies. Surprisingly, despite being located next to the motorway, the most bothersome noise seemed to come from what appeared to be a boiler. Despite these drawbacks, for the price paid, it was still a bargain.

Parking is free here when you enter your reg. Room facilities are good with temperature control and clean en-suite. Could use more coat / towel / bag hooks on wall.

Pristine in every area, and delightful staff. Comfy bed. perfect little shower room. What more do you need?! The only little niggle is that the walls/doors are a bit thin so you do hear other guests. But I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Room was very comfortable and very very clean which i really appreciated after 5 hours driving. Walls however seem a little thin. Whoever was in the floor above were either moving furniture or jumping on it cause it made a terrible racket. Eventually stopped but it was the one thing marring the visit.

The smelliest hotel I have ever stayed at.
The smelliest hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff are amazingly helpful and friendly but this cannot make up for the vilest smell ever in the car park and hotel lobby. The area smelt of maggoted rubbish bins and overfilled portaloos. Very little can be done by the hotel to be fair to improve this huge problem as the source of the stink is a fertilizer plant nearby. Once passed the lobby and reception area, the rooms are tidy and well-sized. Perfect for business travellers. The aircon is quieter on than off. When it's off it makes plenty of random clinking and clunking noises so it's less disruptive to your sleep to put it on. The aircon is state of the art, you will love it.

Had the family apartment room 39 Its all brand new 2 seperate bedrooms Bathroom and 2nd wc Lounge, kitchen Tv every room Really nece place Wouldnt pay for breakfast tho its not great but your on services with lotsvof choice

Noisy doors
Ground floor room location not pod . Too many rooms with heavy doors . Also my room near to corridor fire door . Very noisy every night and early morning

Everything was fine. It's in a services, so not particularly glamorous! Shower pressure was weak, TV didn't work great - the volume kept muting when raising or lowering the volume with the remote. But it was surprisingly quiet the Sat night we stayed considering it's basically in a massive car park.

We had booked an express room for 2 people. However the size of the room meant that the double bed only fitted into the width of the room and therefore could not be walked round it The person sleeping on the far side next to the wall had to clamber across the bed itself! The room suited a single bed rather than a double being crammed in. Sadly only a continental breakfast was available not a cooked breakfast.

Thank you for your review. Our Express (Compact) Double rooms are smaller than our Standard King/ Twin rooms, but our rates do reflect this and we feel are still excellent value for money. We do offer a continental breakfast in the hotel, but cooked breakfasts are available in the main motorway service area beside the hotel.
