This property is unsafe. The rooms at the back of the hotel are difficult to access, you have to wind yourself around multiple stairways and elevators to get there and if there's ever a fire. I am not confident you could find your way out.The mattresses had spring coils that dug into your back and the hallways ad elevators were filthy.

Adequate for my purposes as a solo traveller just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower. The bed is pushed against the wall so not ideal for 2 people, the windows let through all sound (and drafts) fortunately I was in a room at the back.

This is a budget hotel in a listed building Great location, staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for us Liked - v clean, fresh fluffy towels, quality toilet paper newly refurbished bathroom very basic but only stayed 1 night Disliked - The bed was very uncomfortable I felt I was sleeping on the floor it was that hard. i returned at 11.30pm The walls were very thin I could hear clearly what guests were saying in the corridor on our floor when they returned during the night and I was disturbed several times. Notices should be placed in prominent areas reminding guests to be quiet and the night staff should also remind guests when they return late. The room was freezing when I checked in I set air conditioning on high and was seated in room for 2 hours relaxing it never warmed up, an additional heating or better air conditioning is required.

This venue isnt a hotel , its more like a student accommodation, the carpets are stained , curtains stained , walls are all marked , had to walk through an old damp function room to reach the furthest away 3 rooms , room was tiny , an average sized bed , a small plastic chair , and a dirty toilet , wouldn advise anyone to go near this , ignore the pictures of the rooms , never seen any that looked nice , no bar , no food , no entertainment, NOT A HOTEL

Stayed for 2 nights in march. Location ecxellent definitely not a hotel more like a hostel..no hotel facilities..no kettle in room..a television with 2 stations. Room awful..paint peeling off walls...windows about to fall out and filthy..v cold room had to put towel in front of window. We were on 3rd floir got lift to first floor then had to walk 52 steps to room...imagine doing this 3 or 4 times a day...they charge 2euro per bag to store...not acceptable... will not be back..

The bathroom door was see through and the sink was too small for the tap so when it was turned on the water just went on the floor the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Over all the stay was good we were only there for the one night but the staff were nice and helpful.

The place smelt of.mould. Sink had loads of cracks in it. Could not lock toilet door. Was moved to another room which but still could not lock toilet door. We left and found another hotel £179 wasted. Would not stay if someone paid for it. On the plus side the staff where very nice

Hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately the room wasn’t that clean, very dusty. Bathroom had an awful sewage smell coming from the sink. No hand towel provided. Bed very uncomfortable. Room was spacious but cold as the aircon wouldn't turn off.

Could improve on cleanliness
Well located hotel, but the room and the floor were very dusty. only 1 large towel each. The amenities were only for one person instead of two, the room was a double bed. There was a lot of noise at night due to the machines they have on the terrace.

Clean and comfortable stay
Friendly staff, decently sized and clean and comfortable room, and great location right in the city centre. Can hear some of the noise from Castle Street but that dies down once the restaurants close. Bit of a maze to find the room but lots of signs to direct you. Overall very happy with my stay here
