The hotel is clean. However, the bathroom is too narrow. The shower is unacceptably too compacted. In the shower, you cannot move your hand around freely, there is no provision to keep your shower gel, shampoo, conditioner or sponge. You have to drop them on shower floor, yet you can't even bend down to pick because of how compacted and narrow the shower area is. Most hotel do have travel adapters for customers that forget to carry one. This is the first hotel that I have been that does not provide such service.

Good location, good price for what you get. The room was good, nothing special. The Hotel is old, it needs a good renovation. No lift to go to the rooms, what it wasn't a problem as I was only with a small bag.

Staff were very helpful and the location is perfect for my visit to Liverpool. Nearby Bold Street is great for eating and Cuthberts on Mountpleasant is great for breakfast and relaxing time out.

Hotel looks nice from the outside. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff but our room was freezing cold! Would have been a pleasant stay if we had heating in the room!

Overall the hotel needs renovating, looks tired. The breakfast was very good. Bedroom too small and cluttered. Radiators turned off in morning, room was cold. Reception was ok. Good location, overall too pricey for what it is.
