With 4 comfy bedrooms (including a king-size master suite), 2 full baths, and plenty of space to gather or unwind, this is your perfect escape. House Description: Step into comfort and relaxation at this beautiful lakefront retreat, perfect for family vacations or a getaway with friends. The home offers plenty of space to spread out, both indoors and outdoors, with cozy touches throughout and stunning lake views. Main Level: \- Enter through the screen porch with a table that seats 4—great for morning coffee or casual meals. \- Inside, the dining area seats 6 and opens up to a front deck, perfect for enjoying fresh air and lake breezes. \- The fully stocked kitchen is conveniently located at the front of the home, equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. \- Bedroom #1 is located just off the kitchen and features a queen-size bed, nightstand, ceiling fan, and closet. \- Down the hall you'll find a pantry, followed by Full Bath #1 with a tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink. \- The laundry room is next, leading into a cozy living room with a couch that seats 4, a fireplace, two chairs, bookshelves, and access to the front deck. This room also has a ceiling fan for your comfort. \- There’s a utility closet on this level, along with stairs that lead to the upper floor. The location of the property is great-close to the Food Lion, several restaurants, Ace Hardware, and Jenny Cakes bakery. It is also in a cove which is very calm and not a lot of boat/jet ski traffic. Nice shade in the back yard. The dock and chairs were nice to have so you can sit outside at night and enjoy the peace. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for us. The host does a great job of communicating so check in and out is seamless. The only thing I saw that might be helpful to update is the carpeting as it was stained in several places. A book/binder about the house and area would be a nice addition. I would recommend this property and hope to return in the future. ##### Karen K.
