I've been staying there for 2 nights with my friend. The hotel didn't provide tooth paste and they said they only provide 2 bottles of water when the guess checked in and will charge for another bottle.
The way some staff answered our question and handle our complain was impolite and rough.
The cleaning service didn't come to clean the room until we're leaving on the 3rd day (even we already asked for).
They said no shuttle bus/car before 6 am, but I've found they have it at 5 am while I took the cab to leave for the airport.
I do not recommend this hotel and will never come back to stay in this hotel ever again ...

I am sorry to hear you were not completely pleased with your stay.
While hotels do not normally provide toothpaste in the rooms, we do have it available at the front desk upon request for those who may have fogotten to pack it.
Additionally, while most hotels do not provide complimentary water, we do provide two bottles upon arrival as a welcome gift. I am glad to hear you enjoyed them.
Our complimentary shuttle hours are 6am-11pm. We do sometimes start our shuttle earlier or run later for our airline crews who arrange an earlier or later shuttle in advance per their monthly contract. We are happy to arrange a taxi for guests who need shuttle before or after our shuttle hours.
We hope you will give us another try again soon!
