Great place for overnight for concerts

Six retired childhood friends met here to go to a concert at the Verizon. Everyone was nice , the staff questioned our reservation number of people but it was resolved quickly and effectively. The shuttle driver Curtis could not have been any nicer. He made six older ladies feel cared for and special. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress was so kind to us. The rooms were perfect for our needs. We wished for an elevator closer to our rooms. We stayed in the back and there was not a close elevator. Our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend it to others.

Nice hotel with pretty rooms.

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms, plush towels, flat screen tv, complimentary breakfast and a pool. Beds need to be more firm, pool is very small, bring your own microwave, staff needs to restock the breakfast buffet more efficiently.

Convenient to town

Speedy check in, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms all made for a very good stay. Easy commute to our gathering downtown. Bottled water in room was a nice touch. We'll definitely stay here when we come to a Travelers game!

Nice hotel across the river from downtown LR

Pros: Shuttle was the best. Breakfast is good too.
I will stay here next time I come to the AAEA conference. Parking is crazy in LR. Wyndham shuttled us from the hotel to the front door of the conference. Can't beat that. Free breakfast is pretty good too.

Great hotel in great location

Pros: Location, location, location. So clean. Wonderful bar and restaurant.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Location can't be beat. Surrounding area has lots of boutique shops, non- chain restaurants from casual to upscale. Pedestrian bridge across the river
The hotel is in North Little Rock which has lotsmofmrestaurants, shops, bars. It is, also, at one end of a pedestrian bridge going across to the River Market area of main Little Rock which has a completely different flavor. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet with a wonderfully talented man who makes fabulous omelets and waffles. It has the best steakhouse in the area, the Riverfront Steakhouse. Wonderful eclectic menu and the steaks are flavorful and utterly delicious. Shawn Blankenship is an excellent waitor - his picture should be in the dictionary under the word "waitor". We've traveled all over the world and he is at the top for quick,efficient, friendly, helpful service. Would like to also say, the people of this area were so friendly, warm and welcoming. We will be returning.

The Place to Be

The Riverfront Wyndam in Little Rock, AR was there for us again! Excellent location to downtown venues! Their staff is extremely accommodating. Love their high class all inclusive breakfast! Blows all others away! They do need to give their pool a little more attention. The filtration was not up to par for me. However, most people are there to do other things. We've stayed there many times. Wyndam Riverfront is our go to place when staying in Little Rock!!

No Rest for the Weary

Guests down the hall near my room were loud and boisterous. By around 11, I was in desperate need of sleep so I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done about this. I was assured that security would go down there and remedy the problem. After waiting about a half hour, nothing changed so I went down to the front desk in person. Even after explaining that I was there on business and needed to get some sleep for the next day's work, nothing changed. The disturbance continued on well after midnight.

I am so sorry to hear you were kept awake by some guests who were not considerate of others during your recent stay. Normally our officers are able to handle this type of issue quickly as we have a one warning policy regarding noise disturbances. Our officers are all instructed to give one warning, letting the guests know that if they have to come back due to another complaint, they will be asked to leave.
