OK place to stay

Location: Good location. Lots of shopping and places to eat.
Hotel was fine except the young people standing outside the front door smoking marijuana.

Worth the Money

Pros: Breakfast was awesome
Cons: Maybe better beds
Location: easy to find in the city. Close to all the fun bars.
The Hotel was very easy to get to when driving. The Free Breakfast was 5 star in my opinion. Chef made waffles and omelets and was very accommodating. There are some fun local bars to sneak out to for the evening less then a half mile from the hotel. We had a blast.

Very close to Verizon Center

Breakfast was very limited in their offerings and it wasn't very quiet early in the morning. The location is great for the Verizon Center and is just a 10-15 min walk from the downtown area where there are numerous places to eat and drink.

Most of the staff is very nice

They have 2 younger ladies at counter that don't smile, talk without making any eye contact and don't seem to know anything about the attractions in the area. I had to come back to the counter (15min later). I got an older lady and the experience was wonderful -- she even told us places we could go that the hotel shuttle could take us to!

Great Hotel and Staff

Pros: Spacious room. The TV and channels. Staff.
Cons: I cant think of anything.
Location: Smokes and Stacks BBQ was fantastic. The Delmar area looked nice and I would walk around if I had more time.
The staff and facilities were amazing. Trevor, the shuttle driver, gave me a ride to a bbq down the rode from the hotel. He also picked me up. The food was great, and talking with Trevor was even better. Overall the experience was exactly, no, better the what I hoped for.

I think this review was sent to wrong property. We do not have a shuttle driver named Trevor or a Delmar area around our hotel.

overnight stay in Little Rock area

Pros: location
Cons: small selection of grab and go breakfasts
I gave the staff a 2 rating, because I was ignored at check in for a long time. Once I was checked in, the rest of my stay was very nice. The room was large and clean. The hotel advertises free breakfast, but they do not tell you that it is sit down service only in the restaurant and gratuity is not included. Not a big deal unless you need to grab and go breakfast.

Nice hotel. Channel listing is substandard but the restaurants are excellent. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
