There was a fire on the 3rd floor. We had to evacuate and was unable to stay. They gave everyone 15 minutes to get their belongings and find a place to stay.

I won’t be coming back
The photos are old and out of date. The building is now orange and the building smells like smoke. The bedding was stained and one day I pulled the sheets back and there was a wrapper for a cigarillo. We didn’t have them clean one day but asked for towels and we were given one bath towel and two hand towels. So not even enough for the two of us.

I actually enjoyed it here. The guy at the desk was very kind and helpful. Not the cleanest place but there's no bed bugs and the airconditioner was very cold and had huge tv. I'll stay again

Absolutely horrible service. There was only one person working the front desk. The whole hotel smelt like cigarettes. Our sheets were dirty, the carpet in the hallways were stained. Mold all around the tubs and water damage on the ceiling above our bed. Gross place.

When looking up the hotel I thought I was going to be staying in a nice room and nice area. I was totally wrong. The pictures on the website is nothing compared to your stay. The room was not very clean, there was nats and flies everywhere. The bathroom had wholes in the walls and there was mold on the shower curtain. Most of night there was loud noise and banging continue from the room next door, unable to get any rest.

Great price online. Stayed three nights in a row and one of the nights that I stayed, which was the second night to be exact. My second night I decided to eat in the bed and wasted spaghetti sauce on the bed spread. Third night same lovely stain so yes they’re the best hotels we can find. If You like taking poops and there’s no tissue in the tissue holster; come to the M star hotel, owned be Indians. Not the “Native”

They are doing some remodeling the rooms were very clean I loved how fresh our sheets smelled although they had a couple stains definitely not bothersome! I've stayed there over the past year several times, only thing is at times it can be noisy other than that it's very decent for the price.

There's really nothing unique about it. The hotel looked horrible. My room smelled horrible and the window was busted from I don't know what. The light in the bathroom wouldn't work half the time and the room smelled awful. I was very disappointed in my stay.

The pictures are NOT accurate!!! Every where on the premises it stated DRUG FREE ZONE! The place stunk! The room was horrible the bedding had stains it looked like the guest were actually NOT guest but residents of this place! I saw drug deals being made in the parking lot and woman taking different men to her room at different times as if she was working out of the room!!!This place was disgusting! Cigarette burns all Over the furniture! The windows where not even placed correctly the air was coming in! I would slept in my car than to stay here ever!!!!

You get what you pay for
For starters I completely understand renovations but the mirror was on the wall and there was no matter protector on the bed just straight mattress and fitted sheet. Then the tv didn’t work the front desk person came to fix it 5 mins later it wasn’t working again I had to call 3 times then she gave me directions on what to do if it happen again .. which was each time I turned the channel . Then the key kept describing itself or it was the door either or the front desk person had to come up each time to open the door .. upside is it was quite and the front desk agents where pleasant to deal with

This property is not ran properly. They have a very rude male receptionist who I had problems with for almost a year on and off at this property. Manager never did anything. He was also a theift and would go into residents rooms unannounced. He told my boyfriend personally he was going to steal his game system at one point. The frmaie employee who works nights is the one who knows more about the business than the owners and was a great employee! The only good thing about staying there.

The room was disgusting. They had cigarettes and ashes all over. Sheets stained. And it smelled bad. The smell of marijuana was all over. And there was people that stood outside at night that looked suspicious and went up and down the halls.

It was the worst smelling nonsmoking room I have ever stayed in. Poor housekeeping.....this hotel was once a nice place to stay the night or put a relative in but in its recent months it has gone down drastically therefore I cannot recommend a friend.

This property is nasty and I was almost assualted here and I had to call the police. The front desk clerk tried to come in my room while I was undressed. I had already paid to stay over and he had the list in his hand. He didn't knock or anything he just came in! Then some guy at the front lying line he was security tried to attack me when I wouldn't tell him why I was looking for help. He proceeded to curse at me and Chase me down the hall. I got my things and called the police. I was then told by the officer the second man had disappeared and was not an employee and the front desk guy lied and said he knocked on my door first. This place is ghetto and unsafe. You get what you pay for I guess. Tryna be cheap I was almost sexually assualted as well as physically!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
