Little Faringdon Holidays from £320

The property is in excellent location and newly decorated. Hosts are very quick to reply to messages and helpful. Negative points are the noise , the rooms facing the back of the building do not have double glazing, so a lot of noise from the opposite apartments can be heard. Also, the bed mattress is rather mediocre.

The staff were very welcoming and helped us with luggage ahead of check in. My room was clean, the bed comfy and the shower was powerful and water hot. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice available. The decor was modern and location hand for my meetings.

Could have been worse. Location is prime. Pillows were hard. Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste. Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive. Glad that there was air conditioning.

On the plus side 1) pleasant staff and 2) nice location with an easy walk to Marble Arch, Regents Street, Hyde Park, Green Park and Knightsbridge. On the negative side 1) overpriced compared to other similar properties I've stayed in in London 2) very small rooms. there was only room for one bedside table in the bedroom. it was very hard to maneuver in and out of bed. It was hard to open the closet which was very close to the bed. On the neutral side 1) room seemed clean enough 2) gym had a few pieces of equipment and weights but was in a windowless basement so not a big draw
