Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome."

We had some issues with the door lock upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and helpful in resolving the access issue.
