"They dont strive to serve. Our room had a sliding bathroom door that did not lock or remain closed. It took them 3 days to fix it. The last day, the entire floor smelled fish. They sprayed copious amounts of air freshener but it didnt help. Overall, its a nice place with great views and amenities but it doesnt justify the price tag. I'm sure a few years ago it did, but generally you just get the feeling that no one is trying to deliver a great guest experience."

"We rented 4 Villas for a family event - all of them were perfect for each family - the grounds were clean and there were plenty of things to do around the area - the pool was very cold which we weren’t prepared for so we spent more time in the hot tubs but all in all it was a good place to stay for a large group.
