"This resort is situated in a beautiful location. The beach is AMAZING. Unfortunately, the resort does not offer a lot of structured activities, so if that's what you're looking for, this may not be the place for you. The buffet restaurant was just okay, but the al fresco dining options are good. The tiles in and around the pools need attention, as does various painting around the resort. "

"Probably need more kids friendly activities since it is a family friendly resort. There is no kids pool, or kids activities. Simple sprinkler would help. The resort is understaffed, staff need to be more proactive. They need better systems in placed to improve customer service."

"The room was clean, comfortable, adequate. The hotel itself is Ideally located, specifically if you rent a car. Everything from that point is 10 to 12 minutes drive, thus if you're a walker 👍"

"The villa was perfect!! Close to the water, close to the pool, and close to the shops in Philipsburg. This was our second stay at the Villas and we will continue to book our stay on th island here. "

There were a few minor issues when we first arrived, but once we brought them to the host’s attention, Gene addressed everything promptly and efficiently. His responsiveness really stood out. He was quick to communicate, knowledgeable about the property and night life, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.Gene was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of attentiveness made a big difference and turned what could have been a concern into a positive experience.We truly appreciated his professionalism and care, and because of that, we would definitely stay here again. "The hotel was amazing . Staff was excellent . The resturant and bars were great . Breakfast , lunch and dinner were all excellent . If you book a room opt for the breakfast included , definitely worth it . The bars and bartenders were superb , friendly and made great drinks . Location , right on the boardwalk was awesome and convenient . Close to the cruise port. Perfect location if you’re taking a cruise . Private beach across the boardwalk with complimentary chairs and towels . Drink and food services on the beach were perfect . The beach front room with balcony was great with amazing view . "
