The staff was great. However, the bed was dirty, there was no hot water, & we got a "goodie" bag as a breakfast.

We apologize. We had maintenance issues in the breakfast area and had to improvise a solution involving the breakfast bags. We have switched our policies and made the bags readily available now in the morning.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a response. We had a plumbing emergency that knocked out our breakfast area. The sack breakfast was an improvised solution. The breakfast area should be fixed within two weeks. Hot water is available, but for some rooms requires running the sink simultaneously. This situation is being remedied. We hope you consider giving us another chance.

We are aware of this and are taking steps to address this problem. We sincerely hope you give us another chance in the near future.

Their breakfast was a brown bag with a small orange or apple and a few processed packages. Pathetic. The rooms they gave us was occupied by others. They had to search for empty rooms. The told my friend they could not honour his reservation, they were over booked. He had to find another hotel.

There was a compounding maintenance issue that flooded our breakfast area and several of our rooms that severely diminished our availability. The sack breakfast was an improvised solution. Property was conveniently off I-20, seemed put together until we got into the room where the shower was dirty and didn’t run hot. Booked and was asked how many beds I needed but still didn’t get what I asked for, sharing one bed for 4 people was rough but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for service. All night there was noise with people screaming and shouting, doors slamming shut and furniture moving around. If it wasn’t late in the night/early morning, I would have packed the kids up and went somewhere else but honestly was scared. Hotel was suppose to have breakfast but there was nothing prepared at all and no one at the front desk or around property to go check out or speak with. Will never stay there again or suggest it to anyone in that area.

I came in on my second night and got to the room and my key didn’t work.Went to the receptionist and he said I only had 1 night reserved when I knew for sure it was 2 he checked and seen it was actually 2 nights as well..they had taken all my belongings and put them in a office this was unacceptable and very displeasing I do not at all recommend this hotel to anyone!!

EMERGENCY STAYS ONLY
Red Roof Inn is NOT what it used to be...smh. The price doesn't match the "amenities" at all. Great location, but the stained walls, decrepit appliances, raggedy furniture, gnats, smelly a/c units are all just too much. I HAD TO sweep the room, spray and wipe the entire room down with a disinfectant spray (shower & all) before sitting my things in here. I was really nervous about the bathroom, because it seems to be littered with mold. Maybe if the cleaning and basic care of the hotel had been taken seriously, it wouldn't be in this condition. If I had my way, I'd gut it out & start over.

The night manager, he is rude to customer, awful customer service. The woman clerk was awesome Security guard was also awesome Breakfast did not exist. Just cereal apples juice & coffee.

This property needed routine maintenance the first room we was put in was not clean there was a black moldy substance on the ceiling of the restroom the sink. The sink was not clean it evidence of razor blades was left in the room where it wasn’t clean the bed was made but the sheets were not changed because there was a bow old or on the bed. When we complained,They gave us another room but the mattress on the bed was broke and sag on the right side so I would not give this Hotel a good review.

Odd numbered rooms close to a service drive. 3rd floor brought a lot of traffic noise overnight, especially semi trucks and modified exhausts. Some of the in room appliances look dated and worn. Card readers intentionally disabled at exit doors with posted sign, perhaps too much illicit activity in the area. 20191229

The Best!
The sink in my initial room needed repairing. I notified the front desk and it was immediately rectified by an upgrade without any questions along with an apology from the GM & front desk staff. THIS Red Roof Inn (Lithonia East) has been EXTREMELY quiet, clean & comfortable. Currently, I am in transition of residences & COMPLETELY stressed out and ill; however, I work remotely and prefer to not be bothered or disturbed unless it's absolutely necessary. The staff & management respected my request THE ENTIRE WEEK of my stay! The weekly prices are VERY reasonable & consistent; it only increased on a Friday which is expected (I booked thru another agency). Nonetheless, the hotel staff rendered the same respect as though I had paid for my stay at the front desk. !
